The front desk staff are very polite and friendly. You always get a very professional (albeit usually completely generic) response when you visit or contact the office. If you live in the area you'll get their newsletters even if you have a no flyers notice on your mailbox.In terms of keeping the Liberals elections promise of electoral reform and environmental protection, Jim has been a terrible disappointment, but as far as day-to-day operations of an MP's office goes his staff and have the place well organized.
