Wonderful massage with Carlin. I came in primarily for a relaxation massage to focus on a couple problem areas. I inquired about a recent ankle sprain to see if massage may speed the healing process and I am blown away by how much better it feels after just 2 sessions. Carlin has such a great energy and her techniques made her stand out from any other RMT I've seen. Hands down the best massage I have ever had. 15/10 Would recommend.

We have a 10 month old standard poodle & I've been really happy with the Dr. She seems very knowledgeable and open to answering my questions.

J’ai reçu un traitement à l’azote pour un montant de 179,00$. Étant donné que c’est dans le visage j’ai attendu à la fin de l’été pour téléphoner. Il me reste encore des taches brunes, c’est pire qu’avant. Manon, la téléphoniste, qui se prend surement pour une infirmière m’a expliqué que c’est surement ma peau. (Yen a qu’ca fait et d’autres non) . Elle a voulu me donner un autre rendez-vous à 179,00$ je lui ai répondue que je ne retournerais sûrement pas là. Elle m’a raccrochée.

Always trying to upsell and oversell things your pet probably doesn't really need. They are really annoying with their tactics.

Excellent service. Above and beyond. They serviced me for my Son when his own clinique provided no acess to a follow up appoinrment and a re-test. Prior to FlevMedic we went through 2 negative rapid tests and one culture with negative results with 2 different cliniques. Flexmedic was quick to give access to their services sane day and very thorough on the swabbing for strep and the results of the culture came back positive within 12 hours. Now my Son has his antibiotics and hopefully should start to feel better. I highly recommend FlexMedic.

I went to the second floor extension of the walking clinic for a Dr appointment and the front staff was very unprofessional. At the time they called me to book the appointment for my son the didn’t informed me that I have to bring my own mask . I went today and I didn’t bring the mask since is not required anymore in Ontario and most of the medical office who required they provide to the patients .The lady at the front desk told me that I have to purchase a mask from downstairs in the pharmacy or I wasn’t going to see the doctor . I try to explain to her to let my family doctor Dr Ganeshram to know why I couldn’t see her and her answer was “I’m not going to argue with you “ It’s sound like a business to me .Shameless to tell your patients to purchase a mask in order to see the doctor . Never in my life experience this situation.
