Absolute best customer service I’ve ever received from a doctor. He’s street smart, explains on 5 minutes what other ENT couldn’t get across in 2 hours. Humourous and down to Earth. My confidence with my ear problem being well diagnosed is restored. I will bring all ear problems to this guy from this point forward

Sadly, there is something to the bad reviews. Doctor does not do well with children. Not patient, dismissive, in a rush, and grumpy. Find someone else.

The doctors there are horrible, I went there told a doctor that I had tinnitus and hearing loss from the Covid vaccine , and also had a hole in ear drum . They said it wasn’t from that and was infection which I knew it wasn’t . Told me getting the whole fixed would help but all it did was cause more hearing loss and the tinnitus got 10x worse… . They didn’t tell me that it could make things worse…. Horrible experience. People need to start blaming the doctors…

I've had a very pleasant experience in dealing with Dr. Chandheeb Rajakumar. He was professional, knowledgeable and helpful during my my appointment with him. On the other hand I've dealt with their Office Manager" on two seperate occasions and she has been very unprofessional in speaking with me. She interrupts sentences so you cannot have your questions heard as well as having a short tempered and rude demeanour. She made an appointment for me without verbal confirmation

One of my best experiences with a medicalprofessional.Dr Khetani is a brilliant, skilled and effective surgeon/doctor. He is clear at diagnosing and effective when practising his medicine & surgical work. I had no issues with his practise and thoroughly enjoyed my experience.I was referred to Dr Khetani for a septoplasty and just had one visit with him before my surgery. Although I had to wait almost 2 years for the surgery, when it came time to it, his cool “I got this” attitude assured me that he was the perfect candidate to perform the operation.Thank you Dr Khetani and your team for fixing my deviated septum.

I do not know if I have ever actually met Dr. Robichaud as no one has ever introduced them self as such and I have been handed off to others. I was supposed to have surgery. 9 days before the hospital tells me I am to have someone stay with me after... this was the first time I was hearing of this. Which nearly resulted in the surgery needing to be cancelled as it was short notice. His office and the hospital gave me conflicting time to arrive at the hospital. I had no contact from the doctor to tell me what if any limitations on activity would exist after surgery or other preparations were needed so I could properly prepare for it.In fact I never received ANY after care instructions at all.I got an automated message just before the surgery date giving me an appointment date after the surgery. (I assume a follow up)Due to a Anxiety Condition the complete lack of information, going to prep for surgery over an hour after surgery was supposed to begin, and still not being given any information about what to expect afterwards I had a panic attack triggering an Agoraphobic episode. Which I have been struggling with for several weeks.His office told me the appointment scheduled after the surgery would go ahead and I could talk to the doctor.I go to the appointment. The staff is unable to find something as simple as an appointment. I finally had enough and just walked out.He seems disinterested in his patients and his staff are incapable of providing even basic service. I will have to now look for a referral hopefully to a doctor that cares about their patients well being enough to have TUMOURS removed from my throat.Any trust I may have had has been totally eroded by the just total disinterest in ensuring a patient feels safe and is well informed and prepared.Literally all I ever needed was a good understanding of the healing process after surgery. This shouldn't be asking for the moon.

I called with the simple question: How far out are you booking appointments to see physicians? Should be a simple answer but I was met with interruptions and argument from the receptionist. So rude!
