So my wife and I bought a house late last year and after about a month we started having water issues (smell taste of iron/limestone/sulfur). I tried a number of things such as bleaching the well, changing out the hot water tank, installing carbon filters/UV light in our lines, etc. However, nothing worked and the smells became so bad that my wife and kids refused to shower in our house. We started looking into different options and had a few people come out to give us quote on chlorination units, however there was a lot of pressure tactics and upselling that we didn't like. Further, the more we looked into Chlorine, didn't like the fact that there would still be a chlorine taste, had to spend money monthly/bimonthly on chlorine, and then my wife found out that it is actually a carcinogen... so that was then end of that. My wife then found Aclarus, and man am I glad she did. After talking with Mike and Adam they quickly identified the issues with my well water and described how the Aclarus system would help remove the taste/smell. They gave me a quote and that was it. Didn't try to upsell me, didn't contact me every other day to see if I had made a decision. Was a bit refreshing! Well its been about a month now since we have had the system in - and it has been amazing! No smell, great taste, happy wife and kids! and the best part is - don't have to touch it - it just does its thing.

Needed a plumber, he showed up, explained everything he did so that even my wife could understand. Excellent service

Called them because my well pump was not running. They showed up visually checked my fuse box for the well pump and told me it was fine. Gave me a $3400.00 estimate for a new pump wiring fuse box and so on. Turned out it was the fuse box. Because someone else decided to use a meter on it. $340.00 it ended up costing.The owner has since called this a fake review and threatened to report me to google. I have their original email and a printed copy as proof. These people are very sly when they give an estimate they automatically include discounts to reel you in their techs are and sound very professional. Please be aware!!!!!

Nous avons eu une belle expérience à date. L'installation a été rapide, on nous a fait sauver une machine qu'on n'avait pas besoin. L'eau est devenue claire tout de suite et nous n'avons plus de bactéries. Les problèmes les plus importants pour nous ont été réglés. J'ai une belle collaboration avec Véronique depuis le début. Elle répond très bien et rapidement à nos besoins

We discovered a leak in one of the water lines leaving our hot water tank. We last year had Mr. Morrow replace the main water line coming into the house and they did a great job, so we gave them a call. Caley on the dispatch line was great and I felt like she empathized with our predicament.The next day Caleb came by after a full day on other jobs to fix the problem. Despite having to climb down into a flooded crawl space to replace the leaking line, he was cheerful, professional and energetic. He did a great job and was a pleasure to deal with.I'd happily recommend Mr. Morrow Plumbing. I've used them a couple of times now, met a few of their staff and have had a great experience every time.

The system's worked as the literature says it should, and it's been problem free.
