If I could give a lower star level I would, I have had a package that has been held in customs since May 2 2023 and it is now June 20 2023. I finally spoke with someone last week and they basically said it was a waiting game. I have a very sentimental item that I fear I will never see again due to the poor service provided. I have never dealt with an issue like this before and have had countless packages delivered internationally. Very frustrating and upsetting.

Even snail is faster than these guys.Its just took 2 weeks to reach Canada from India and My courier has been with CBSA for another 3 weeks and still no updates.

If I worked this slow at my job I would be fired. But here at the International Mail Processing Centre its just normal. I paid for express shipping and this is what happens. Its a $20 item and its probably going to sit there for 2 months and then they will decide that I have to pay an outrageous duty fee on it. These guys are a total sham. They says its in the name of safety but its not, its all about money and how much they can squeeze out of every package.

Honestly what kind of animals work here? They repackaged a collectors item just stuffed the items back in the box, and didn’t even bother to put them back in the moldings.Are the workers here that scummy and that disgusted with their own lives that they don’t put a shred of care in other peoples items.Shameful.
