I had an amazing experience working with HVhomebuilders. They did a professional job in building my below grade entrance door and installing the sump pump and drywall in my basement. Also, they will organize an architect to get permit from the city and do the final inspection to ensure permit is closed. I will definitely recommend this contractor to other consumers for home remodeling services.

Best customer service ever

He deserves ➖ one hundred starts. So rude. He doesn't even know the basic customer service. I called the store to make sure my package is there. The music was sooooo loud. I could not hear him . I told him several times that I can not talk while the music is on. He ignored me and said what is your question. He said if you want to pick up your package come to store. When I went to store, He didn't even wear the mask which is mandatory in BC. After 15 minutes, he told me come back it is not here yet.

We recommend Shield Windows very highly. We had them replace 16 new triple paned windows in our house, as well as replace 19 triple paned pieces of glass in old frames. We did a lot of research and got several quotes before making a decision. We thought Shield and their Duxton windows provided the best overall value, taking quality and price into account. Shield also did the complete job, windows, glass replacement, and drywall work, rather than leaving us to split the work up. We were very happy with our decision.Shield was a pleasure to work with, from quotes, advice, and installation to cleanup. The workmen were not only competent and efficient but nice people to have working in the house. And the windows are wonderful, making a noticeable difference to our house in warm weather and cold.As a result, shortly afterward, we decided to have Shield install new front and rear Duxton doors and look forward to the upgrade they will make to our house.
