Hello,This UPS store is such a great place and one stop for your shipping needs. The guys there are so helpful, generous, patient and understand the needs of the customer. I came to Canada 2 years back and since then I didn't went to any other store other than this due to high quality service. The prices and timeline they offer are so reasonable and exact. Sent couple of packages to India and they were on time. There is no reason not to give these hard working and nice people a 5-star rating. Cheers guys and keep doing this great work.

Terrible customer service. EVERY SINGLE TIME. The entire staff is rude, Im not sure why I gave them more chances, every time they change prices, or change their policies or act as if theyre doing ME a favor. If you want to lie, stick to one lie.

Excellent customer service every time. I highly recommend this store for your shipping, printing, binding and lamination needs. Mailbox rental is also available here at affordable price.

I have been to many UPS stores in Hamilton. Got the best service here. Fast and friendly.

I often ship packages to the United States and have tried mailing with Canada Post and an other UPS Store due to closeness of proximity. However, they always caused me anxiety and discomfort; their services were expensive for the quality of customer service. I entered Daniel's store and he immediately took care of my mailing needs with the best attention and intention. He makes me feel at ease with shipping to the United States and is truly dedicated to each of his customers' needs.

Would rather leave no stars at all. I've used the local UOS store once and they lost my package right off the start. Was scanned in the city but then it disappeared. That was January 4th and I waited to find out what had happened, then was told that they'd do a search for it that took about a month. So finally was told to do a refund and that took a long time ( I know they gotta go threw hoops and stuff). So manager said I'd get my insurance money PLUS what it cost me to ship. That should total $153.28 approximately well here it is April 5 and I got my cheque for $118.00 close but not the amount I was told by the manager. Story was it has something to do with some insurance thing. Was not really listening as I was very upset. Needless to say there was some language on my part. WILL NEVER USE UPS EVER AGAIN......

i called them, and they told me that they could do a specific printing job for me over the phone. i needed a specific paper and full bleed. the girl on the phone told me this is 100% possible. i come in the next day, and they are unable to do what i asked for. the owner was nice though.
