Just wanted to say thank you to Ron in particular for making my experience such positive one. He was super helpful, and friendly. I purchased a sectional couch that I am in love with. I will be a return customer for sure.

I cannot stress enough how happy we were with Deck Home & Patio. Brian was over the top in providing excellent customer service along with professional advice and great pricing. He made sure we had the right information to make a proper choice. We will definitely be back for our outdoor needs.

We ordered an L shape sofa from this location. It was 7000$ on Black Friday deal with the extra protection plan included. We were very excited to receive it even with the delivery being rescheduled twice (so we waited more than 3 weeks for it). But when the sofa arrived we soon realized that the package was mislabeled and it was the opposite L shape configuration (instead of left facing it was right facing) that doesn’t fit into our rec room setup.There are no left facing sofas in stock so this holiday season we’ll have to “enjoy” movie night sitting on our kitchen chairs. We had much higher expectations from Mobilia especially for this price range.Update:The sales person (Jessica) called us and offered a solution. While we wait for the sofa to be in stock (approximately 4-5 months waiting) they can provide us a different style loaned sofa. We are not sure about accepting this option but I appreciate that she brought a solution to the table.Also, the delivery team was professional and didn’t cause any damage to our newly renovated basement - which based on our experience with other deliveries is very rare.

It is nice place and have good quality products but lady at the customer service was rude. Today i went store because i bought chairs and sofa so they called me for chairs will deliver later than expected. And they gave me 8% off because of delay. So i went to the store for it and talked with lady but she wasn't nice and helpful. You guys really doing good job but just give some advise to her how she sould treat customers .Thank you!

Worst costumer service EVER!! We had to call them and send emails MULTIPLE times just to get updates from them!! Their sales reps say something but than the managers say another! They claimed they had lost my credit card information (hello?!? Seriously!!!) but than two days later, two amount was charge from them!!! I’m never shopping there again!! Stay away from them!!

We ordered a sofa, a chair and a coffee table. No problem with the delivery for the sofa and chair. However, they delivered the wrong coffee table, it took almost 2 weeks before we could schedule another delivery for the right item and then when we could schedule the new delivery, we had to wait 3 weeks. Plus the person said they would call us when we could schedule the new delivery, but they never called. We had to call 3-4 times.*update: was supposed to receive our coffee table on January 4. No emails or confirmation and when I called, they said they weren’t delivering it today. Worst company. Never ordering from them again.

We purchased the Rockland sectional (black, left facing) from Mobilia Mississauga and could not be happier. Working with Maria was great, as she was patient, informative, and was responsive to our questions. The sectional is made of very good quality leather and feels comfortable, not to mention how amazing it looks. Lastly, the delivery went well, and the sectional was even set up for us by the delivery company. Considering that the item was shipped from Mississauga to Winnipeg, it was a great experience. Highly recommend!
