Peche Island
A hidden gem in the middle of the Detroit River. Windsor is lucky to have this quality park in the neighborhood! Accessible only by boat/canoe/kayak, but there is a ferry that runs too. Nice trails, shady, great view of Windsor and Detroit. Can see a large variety of wildlife.

North Pender Island
Great little island in the Southern Gulf islands (considered also as the Canadian Hawaii islands). There are a lot of parks like Roe lake, Roesland on North Pender and Mount Norman on South Pender, nice restaurants, stores. There is a lot to do and discover on this beautiful island.

Beautiful island with lots of history, views of the ocean, trails that include boardwalk and sheltered picnic tables, plenty of wildlife/ocean life, friendly locals and more.Reccomend staying at The Old Salt Box Co.
