I love this store. Staff are wonderful, when serving you, you have their full attention. Rob is excellent for both his jewelry and coins. I recommend this store to people all the time.

It's good I don't live near here or I'd be out of money! A phenomenal mix of cheap cute beads and more precious ones, as well as chains and other supplies. I got some faceted emerald at a great price, and some cute plastic pendants for like a dollar. Love it!

I went to Kurtis Jewellers looking for the perfect engagement ring for my fiancée. Everything about my experience was exceptional…. The guidance around designing the perfect ring, the urgency around getting it back to me so I could propose in time, price, everything. I even got advice on how to make sure I didn’t mess up my proposal! (Lol) I couldn’t recommend Kurtis Jewellers more highly and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for the perfect ring.

I found this place whilst out for an event held at the nearby park. Despite me having walked in roughly 10 mins before the store closed, the staff were all very nice to me. From what I could tell from my short time in there, the prices were fair given what the products were. The person at the cash that rung up my purchase was lovely, sharing bits of information and showing off some beautiful pieces they had in their pockets. I purchased some purpurite (first time actually finding it in a store!), a tumbled pink opal (at a fairly standard tumble price) and a carved onyx crow/raven. The purpurite was placed into a bigger clear baggie, with the pink opal inside it's own little baggie. The carving was well wrapped in bubble wrap and put into a box which they tapped for me. Receipt included handwritten invoice of all the items, which I always appreciate for keeping my own records. I will be returning!

I bought a piano there and some of the keys weren't working properly do I brought it back and they said they'd look at it and let me know, do i waited and waited and waited, finally I called them and I was told that I would get a call back the next day but that never happened, this went on for over three month. In those three month I stopped in a few times to see if they had any idea how long or what the story was on it, till finally I just went and picked it up and then they told me there's nothing they can do about it, you will have to contact yamaha. After waiting over 3 month no phone call from them.

This is the most incredible mineral store in Ottawa. The customer service is excellent and always extremely friendly. I have NEVER been disappointed in their stock or knowledge. I recommend rainbow minerals to everyone I know, and will continue to do so.

I got myself a strand of birthstone here at CountryBeads.I like this cozy space full of various selection of stones, chains, and etc,.Above all, the best was staffs who were very knowledgeable, witty, and warm.I will definitely visit here again.
