Friendly staff, clean decor, decent food and prices. Plenty of vegetarian options. Had the fried dumplings and the calamari balls. Menu is available through the QR code on the tables. The creamy milk tea was good but, in my opinion, even at 50% sugar, a bit too sugary. Next time I will ask maybe a 30%.

Awesome. It’s like a blast from the past circa 2010. Do you miss when bubble tea was five bucks and simple without all the shishi toppings and extra stuff they put in nowadays? You’ll love it here. Haven’t had a classic hot honey milk tea in ages and it made me feel really nostalgic. The food is also good! Be prepared to wait outside because there’s no indoor seating.

The pros: had the sausage combo which was nicely plated and came in a cool metal bento tin with the sausage on top and the rice below just like in Taiwan. The side dishes were nice too and gave you variety. Pickled veggies were good. Beef noodle soup also good.Cons: they advertised they had “freshly squeezed orange juice” and this was not true. It tasted and looked like Tropicana/Mccains orange juice mixed with maybe half a real orange for pulp on top. It was seriously like 90% processed boxed orange juice mixed with 10% real orange juice so this was very deceiving. As someone who gets fresh squeezed orange juice from other places as well as squeezes their own orange juice at home, you can tell the difference right away because the taste is night and day. Just look at the opaque colour in the picture….this is mostly boxed orange juice!Tried a second time for dinner and portions were big and tofu with red bean was nice. Good how the combos come with 4 side dishes.

Nice place. Cool vibe. Tucked away on a plaza off of 10th.Limited veg.No prices on the menu. Dinner menu items missing pictures, esp. Farmhouse burger. I couldn't picture the burger and it was suggested so I went with it, along with the Kimchi fries. You'd think with a name like farmhouse it would be a healthy option but no it was just a stack of the 3 meats with token lettuce and tomato.Likely ideal for someone half my age but too much protein for me. And someone came in to ask about there veggie option and they were out. And it supposedly had non veg. Inclusions but I didn't catch the details.But likely a better fit for others.

The staff here are very warm and helpful, offering great suggestions and options!Even though it's only take-out for now, we really appreciate their kind spirit.We'll defintiely come back here now that we've found them!

I come here more for the food than the bubble tea. The tea is good, but I find their pearls to be too soft for my liking. They do have a large selection of teas. They've also got a good selection of meals you can share...I like that you can get smaller hot pots here. Lots of great appetizers and snacks if you prefer to get a little something with your bubble tea.Keep in mind that they only accept debit or cash, but are located a 5-min walk from Central City mall and Surrey Central station.

Great customer service. Chicken cooked very well, not dry at all. The only down side is meat was juicy but not enough favorite on the inside. Still highly recommended try it out. 10/10 on the chicken skins !

If you would like to find some soup dish, warm and serve hot (spicy), this is the place. Caution busy hour operation specially during lunch or dinner, it will take a you a little bit few extra minutes. The ice black tea served sweet and cold was really good drink paired with warm and spicy soup!

I recommend going to Boiling Point at lunch time because the menu is cheaper and the combos come with free ice green/black tea. Lunch time is 11am - 3pm, there might be a wait for that reason. The price for what you get is good, wish there was more meat though.

Made to order takes about 15-20 minutes. Dine in means they have a patio set that sometimes they move outside.Recommend the boneless chicken. Its more crispy and juicy. If its not boneless its white meat and has small bones.The fries are delicious. Crispy and addictive seasoningIts worthwhile to try.
