MINI dealer

Bonjour,J’ai fait faire une inspection il y a moins de 2 mois, et voilà …. L’auto arrête en revenant de la chimio, la remorque et on me confirme chez un autre BMW que l’inspection aurait du m’avertir des soucis que j’allais avoir. C’était le but d’avoir accepter cette inspection.Le directeur du service doit me rembourser mais j’attend encore le paiement. J’ai jamais eu un aussi mauvais service de la part d’un être humain. Surtout qu’il ne respecte pas ses engagements de remboursement. Aucun retour de sa part autant par message que part téléphone !

The sales team sends unsolicited emails harassing people for business. I’ve asked many times to stop receiving them and assured I would be removed- only to receive another a couple weeks later.Also don’t bother calling if you need something because you will be transferred to a number that never answers. Such a frustrating dealership

Had a fantastic experience with MINI Markham. The sales (Lili Zheng) was very professional from the day we wanted to look into getting a Mini. She went over all the colours and must-have options with us. We finally landed on this beautiful rooftop grey colour in the spec we wanted. The car came after 5 months - which was understandable due to the lingering logistic issues.Anyway, you can’t go wrong with Lili at Mini Markham

Had my mini cooper clubman in yesterday and I just have to say they have the absolute best customer service. Price was very reasonable and they explained everything so well. Can't say enough good things about Hup and Atlantic Euro. Thank you so much for the impressive service and work.

Did some shopping around at other dealers but this dealership took the cake! The staff was very friendly and informative, if you're looking for any vehicle in the auto mall I would strongly recommend calling up Lester Van Heer. He was my sales representative and out of all the sales people I had talked to in my car hunt he was hands down he best! Lester was extremely educated and informative on all the ins and outs of the vehicle I and purchased, he offered his honest opinion, and was very thorough on all the details of the vehicle :)I couldn't have asked for a better car shopping experience! :)

When I was in the market for a new vehicle I was recommended to test out a mini by a few friends . Luckily when I was in the browsing stage I was #blessed to have met Regine. Not only was a Regine extremely easy to talk with, she was knowledgeable and able to answer any questions I had effectively and immediately. I was in context with Regine multiple times a day for 2 weeks which made my experience beyond any expectation I could have imagined. Even after 6 months Regine is still quick to answer any inquires I may have regardless of how simple or complex they are . Would gladly recommend anyone to Mini Winnipeg and would also recommend that Regine write a “how to” book on great customer service, people can learn from her example !

Like every other place, hustle landing hunters waiting for you to rip your pocket . Make sure to shop around in several places and compare the prices.
