Your swords are superb!! My wish is this: I will see special blades or hilts that are used interchangeably (aka I’ll see a broadsword blade one one type of hilt) and wish more of these options were more widely available and available in the custom sword builder (for example put a broadsword blade on a magnus hilt) I see so many awesome options that I wish there were more combos, even if only available in the custom sword builder, because they just look awesome!!

When I conduct business, I look for integrity, trustworthiness, excellence in product and service, and caring. Theatrix ticked all the boxes.I am a professional Santa and Grinch. I ordered two new custom built Santa outfits at Theatrix. They were upfront with me about the estimated time of delivery, which fortunately met my desired deadline. They sent pics of different fabric samples they found at suppliers. I went in person to Theatrix to make my final fabric selection. They subsequently did an initial fitting of the shell of the costumes, then another fitting and then final adjustments and detailed parts. When doing final adjustments and detailed parts, two seamstresses worked for over 6 hours, well into the evening, to complete the job so I could return that evening to Toronto with my two new outfits. The friendliness and enthusiasm of the staff was inspirational. I felt like I could trust them at all times. And, the final products have received rave reviews from my annual clients to whom I sent pics, and from family and friends across the country. Thank you everyone for your team effort and diligence. It is only July and you are already on Santa's nice list.

We wanted long gloves and specifically pointed to the sample length, but what they got us is the wrong one. They told us all of their stuff are final sale after we made the purchase!

When our school decided to perform 'Sense and Sensibility', we knew one of the most crucial elements to the success of the production would be the costumes. Having worked with them before on 'A Christmas Carol' in 2018, I immediately thought to call Theatrix Costume House.What an amazing experience it is working with Gina and Theatrix to get the costumes ready for our theatrical productions! Not only was Gina a pleasure to work with, her and her team are exceptionally thorough. Aside from cast measurements, we had very specific criteria for this show; from the time period, to the colour palette, to a list of required accessories. Gina and her design team found (and created!) beautiful costumes for our entire cast.We were very fortunate to be able to perform our show before the rise of Omicron, and even though the cast was masked, the costumes transported everyone in the audience back in time to a place of escape. That's what theatre is all about and Theatrix helped make that a reality. The costumes were certainly the other stars of the show!

Best selections of costumes, service is excellent, I've been going there for years, had clowns, magicians for my childrens birthday parties. Rented costumes for work every year and complements of how great i looked every time. Highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed!

The store is located on a plaza so there is plenty of parking plus you get a few extra amenities from the other shops. The store itself was not very well stocked as it had a few empty walls. The few available items were substantially above of what I would normally expect to pay elsewhere. In most instances, the items found here are available at the dollar stores so look there first and save some cash. As for variety, there was not much so if you are looking for an off-season item/theme, you will not find it here. Overall, I will not be shopping here again.

Highly recommend Legends as a prop shop. The owner Bill is great and always super helpful. They have everything you could need!
