We had an excellent experience creating a unique, bespoke tile for our new home. Modla was flexible, creative and provided exceptional customer service. I would definitely recommend Modla.

Everyone here was fantastic with helping find the perfect tile. I showed them what I wanted and they brought in all the options in that style that they could find. Colin was particularly helpful. They answered my myriad of emails quickly, and helped me load the tiles into my car. So very happy with all their assistance!

Zero star, after seeing all the comments from years ago or even recently. Indeed, they still have no customer service in store even TODAY. My husband and I arrived in the store at around 3pm or 3:30pm and there are NO staff, not even once ever greet us or serve us until 5 minutes before they close the shop. The A staff came along our way and just say to us that we need to leave in 5 minutes as the store is closing, luckily we have the tile codes written down on the paper that we did pick up from the entrance by ourselves when entering the store. We gave the A staff the code number for collecting the tile samples but one of the tiles is without any descriptions, so we bring the A staff to that particular tile to ask for more information. The A staff told us there is no sample can be provided. Fine, we asked the A staff that we want more information, like the price or size of that particular tile. Then, the A staff left us, as we assume the A staff will provide us on the information on paper or other means as the A staff went in to get the sample tiles. After awhile later, there are B and C staff bringing out the sample tiles, and we saw the A staff came back to the front desk but she didn’t even bother talking to us and went behind the front desk. We asked the B staff if they have the information on that particular tile with no description on. While, the B staff have no idea so she looked over at A staff, but A staff never reply or help in this situation. B staff then plainly told us that they are closed now, no information can be provided from the front desk. We felt helpless in that situation and leaving the store immediately. We understand that everyone want to leave on time from work. However, is it really that difficult to just writing down the price, size and information or they just don’t know what products they provide in their own store?They are big company, they have million customer that are willing to pay for their quality tile. We are just any customer on the street, they don’t need us to be their customer. If you want quality tile go buy it, don’t ever ask for any customer services provided from them.

I had a great experience. I thought i knew what I wanted, but after seeing the variety and learned more about the product, I went in a slightly different direction. And it turned out beautiful! Thank you everyone!! I love my new shower!

I purchased their metal fence panels this past spring. Very happy with the quality of the product and the service.

I would like to thank Solid Stone for the amazing job on the wall. Forest green marble really looks stunning. Chris and his helper did a fantastic job of installing. We couldn't be happier. Thanks again Tim and the rest of the SolidStone team.

Lots of tiles need more organization

Very disappointed in their return policy! Originally purchased backslpash tile , but selected tile wasn't available so we had to wait till it was cut and sent from Toronto. Originally ordered on September 20, 2018. Tile arrived and picked up on October 30, 2018 (normal shipping time is 2 weeks per my installer). My tile installer because of the delay was unavailable to install until Dec 17/18, 2018. After installation I had 1 box of 40 tiles left over which were still in the box unopened. I called Olympia to ask if I could return the box and was told no. I would have agreed to pay a restocking fee or return fee but never even got to that point. When I told my installer he was very surprised. In any event I will not recommend or use their services again if the need arises. This company should learn how to treat customers!
