I have had to visit here recently and the service and ease of booking was excellent. I was able to get seen the same day and was given a clear simple explanation of the injury and the best course of action. A follow up appointment was also available within 2 days. The paperwork was was easy to complete and the staff were compassionate.

Does anyone work in this office??? For the last ten days, my mother has made repeated calls to no avail. Issue #1- the receptionist works from home and can only be contacted via email. The question is, does she read her emails? Issue #2 - No one is there to answer the phones, and you cannot leave a message. So how do you service clients? Issue #3 The year is 2023; why are you only relying on fax for incoming patients? If you're not answering phones, reading your emails, or in the office, how are you doing your job? God forbid if you need urgent assistance. You may have better luck sending a bat signal. The receptionist may see it in the sky working from home.

Dr Jean-Paul Brutus
I had carpal tunnel syndrome in both hands. I started with the procedure on my left hand. Soon after the procedure I developed a trigger finger in that same hand. Cortisone shots did not correct the problem. I did not want to wait for months for the trigger finger procedure to be done, and heard of Dr. Brutus and that he was highly recommended.I consulted with him and he explained everything very thoroughly, with no rush, and giving a lot of time for any questions. The procedure was done and he sets at least one follow up visit, or as many visits as necessary if needed, after the procedure.I was going to schedule the right hand for the carpal tunnel procedure withDr Brutus this time. But he suggested to do an ultrasound cortisone shot and see if that would correct my problem before doing the carpal tunnel procedure. I took his advice and my fingers are not numbing since.Dr. Brutus is very pleasant, patient, and caring. He has an excellent and knowledgeable staff.I would recommend Dr. Brutus with no hesitation.

Merci beaucoup. :)

I’m curious to know when the same day cancellations will stop with Dr. Corneman? 4 times since June. When will the administrators start calling people back that they say they will call back to re-schedule? As a patient that’s been referred who hasn’t even been seen and already being neglected, I can imagine it only being worse actually being seen. Moving on from this wreckage.

Dr Peter O Kwan
An excellent doctor, a really nice caring person but it’s impossible to contacr his office staff who neither return phone calls or emails and to me that is both unprofessional and disrespectful and a real shame because it reflects poorly on the skillful surgeon that is Dr Kwan.
