I was just there for my ultrasound. and it was the worst experience I’ve had by far.The lady was kinda snappy. And when she was done she said she was going to leave a video up for us to take photos. And she left the worst picture you could ever imagine. When I said can you get a better one. She ended the session.I left my last ultrasound with nothing but a bad bad taste in my mouth. I didn’t even get the picture from the front because it was going to be garbage….. so sick of people not taking this serious. Some women thrive on having these good photos to know that their baby is good. I left their feeling like something is wrong with my child. Because I do not trust that blonde braided haired tech…Very ignorant. I hope you learn some manners and respect for the people that come in… so in other words I hope you see this and learn from your mistakesEvaluate your staff better. And have better time management of appointments..I am throughly dissatisfied with how that service went. Glad I know where to not come back for anything…

Dead bugs and spider webs every corner, lots of them. ALSO, MOUSE TRAP ON A SIDE TABLE IN THE WAITING AREA. AS I'M WRTING THIS 2 PATIENTS ARE SITTING WITHIN 1 FEET OF A MOUSE TRAP BOX.

Assistante dentaire, gentille et douce .Dentiste, super délicat, doux , calme il nous mette toute suite en confiance . Super service à chaque fois .. et que dire du service qu'il offre avec les enfants , MERVEILLEUX !!! Patience , super doux , ils les mettre en confiance . Je vous conseille 200 % .

Came here a couple years ago, process was straightforward and the x-ray tech was super cool!

I had to pick up meds from Walmart, and so I planned to bus all the way over here to get my meds but also get my x-rays done. I called to see if I needed to book an appointment and was told I didn't. Google says their open till 5 today it's a Friday it's now 2:22pm I've been trying to call and get ahold of them to see why they have their door locked. No one will even answer. I'm disappointed they wasted my time. I could have gone to q different location and planned my day completely differently. I wish I could give 0 stars totally wasted my time, and my day. Definitely will never go to this location again.

The worst experience of my life!A simple small filling and clamps were screwed onto my gums and then pulled off without being unscrewed all the way.Subsequently my gums are swollen and bruised as well as the inside of my lip has a cut that’s approximately one inch long!I’ve had surgeries that were less painful!Never again!!!

I had an appointment with miss Mahin, I was there for my ultrasound check out. Miss Mahin was really professional and patient with me. If you need any help regarding the ultrasound, I highly recommend her.

Out of my near 10 yrs of ultrasound follow ups, this one was the first negative experience out of different locations I've been to. The tech appeared to have difficulty which was the first time this has occurred, in that I will follow up on with the results. It was not comfortable at times because of this & the tech left me in an comfortable position for a longer time I ever had to do because she could not see anything. Which I never experienced before in with other techs in near a decade. I had a feeling she was not experienced or somewhat incompetent. She did not care to ask if I was comfortable to give me a break. It seemed like an ardous procedure for her that I never experienced before. ill not prefer going to this location if I have a choice in the future.To add: there was no change to my results from prior tests and at different locations. Infact there was physical improvement for me which would not make sense for the tech to have such difficulty with something that other techs were able to do efficently and more comfortably for me at other locations.

My experience at the Sunridge Office was extremely positive. Staff were extremely friendly and professional. Both the ultra sound and x-ray were completed promptly and without difficulty. I commend all of the staff, their efforts were certainly appreciated.

I saw Dr Ho today regarding pain in my hand and arm. I was very impressed. He spent a hour with me. Asking lots of questions regarding my pain. He listened to everything I had to say. I didn't feel rushed. He told me what exercises to do. And also supported me by sending me for a X-ray on my hand. What a great Dr! During these crazy times due to Covid. People are rushed to get you in and out. I highly recommend Dr Ho. Gentle manner. Great listener. He truly cares.
