Absolutely brilliant service! Jason was knowledgable and took the time to answer my questions, and help me set up my new phone. His and his colleague's friendly conversation with us was much appreciated, as it made the lengthier transaction I had to do easier to get through. The store offered a great deal too! Mastercard gift cards for getting a new plan there, including one that was a special offer for the Burlington Mall grand opening.

I spent two and a half hours in the store having issues with my cell phone service, Jordan was more than helpful getting everything cleared up for me. He remained extremely patient and polite the entire time. I would highly recommend asking for him to get the job done.

Mathieu provided us with top notch customer service when buying a new cell and cellular plan. We had to convert from a corporate to a personal plan, which brought a few challenges, but Mathieu was able to problem solve and take the lead in making the conversion happen. I want to thank Nick and Branden so much for helping me fix my SIM card situation even though I came in last minute they still accommodated me and stayed a little late on a Sunday before closing to help me resolve my issue.
