Garbage dump

Everything is AOK. Love these guys. quick. Super staff. Thanks for the water on hot days. Dump yard waste elsewhere tho.

We have been a customer for 2 years. We were quoted 39.97/month yet we have been overcharged and billed significantly more ($65). When inquiring why ... the unprofessional reply was we can increase our prices at any time". Most reputable companies would give you notification they are jacking up the prices by 60%. (HIGHWAY ROBBERY) Not this company! They have zero customer service or care for their customer. They also did not pickup for 3 weeks in the winter due to winter road conditions but yet tried to charge $25 for unsafe property conditions when my property was ploughed and salted. Apparently I am responsible for the municipal roads to get to my property. So we are cancelling our pickups. Almost every other garbage provider will charge you 1/2 this price for better service. Use Noble or AJM instead. They get rave reviews and really care about their customers."

We really appreciated the prompt, reasonably-priced, excellent service right from the call in to the office for Bin Pricing to the suggestion for a free quote for on-site Junk Removal. All the sub floor material and broken tiles that we removed from our kitchen renovation along with a few other odds & ends completely loaded up and taken away to the dump by two capable and eager young men. We'll be a repeat customer for sure!

Due to the pandemic operation the Recycle depot in Markham on Hwy 7/Markham Rd, was closing the line for cars at 3:20pm and I just missed it.Checking the Markham webpage I noticed that this waste depot had longer hours. As my car was packed full with recyclables I decided to make the longer drive. This depot is very large and apparently set-up to also handle commercial waste. I.e. you have to drive on a scale on the way in and out.At the 1st scale I was asked about the kind of waste I had and was told that I am all clear with household waste. Inside the depot staff was polite and courteous. But unfortunately nobody informed me that household waste still incurred a fee that I would have to pay on the way out,After unloading I drove out of the depot towards the exit where there is another scale, I approached slowly when the attendant at this scale came running out and started berating me. Accusing me to try to sneak out, telling me that this was criminal and that there are cameras all around, and that they could call the police on me. At no time did she tell me where exactly I would have to make the payment.Bewildered I turned around, just to realize that I still had no idea where to go, so I had to go back to the irate attendant at the last scale, who again started to berate me, but finally gave me the required instructions after asking her with all the politeness I could muster.The exit payment must be performed on the other side of the scale that you entered at. The fee in my case was $10.This is the first time somebody threatened to call the police on me, and I hope it will be the last time.

Terrible company! Nobody answers their phones, garbage hasn’t been pick up in 3 weeks! I can’t run my business anymore as garbage spills on the patio! They should be held criminally responsible!

The wait times can be long, the standing room outside the gate is limited and loosely organized and the dirt road inside are soft near the dump site and there is debris on the roads leaving me concerned with getting a tire punctured. On the positive side the people I met there using the dump were quite nice and the scale attendant is a sweet lady who always has something nice to say to me.
