I personally have not used this company but yesterday while I was at a metal wholesaler picking up material, I brought ratchet straps that were too short and I was struggling to find an effective way to secure my load. A nice gentleman from this company saw my struggle (embarrassing) and very willingly came over to assist. I can’t speak to the operations of this company but if their staff are all this kind, I highly recommend!!
