Service here is extremely bad, always extremely long lineups oftentimes through the. The agents are not trained at all and they work extremely slow. A simple renewal will take 1 hour oftentimes. I was there for full 2 hours just to renew my license. The employees are always checking their phone or taking long washroom breaks.

Echoing what others have previously said.Poor customer service. My concern was completely shot down immediately.Then was asked 'Does that answer your question?' No it does not. I just left.

I suggest that you make an appointment, but perhaps avoid the times during or just after the walk-in times (see photo). There is only one line, made up of both drop-ins and people with an appointment, and the time of your appointment doesn't matter. I had an appointment for 10:20 - 10:40. I arrived 10 minutes early, as instructed. Despite having an appointment, I had to line up outside with everyone else. I was allowed in at 10:30, and was finished by 10:40, as predicted by my appointment time. Service was sweet and friendly.

Went in for Drivers license and H/C renewal and was warmly greeted and attended to by a delightful lady with what sounded like a European accent. She was very friendly, efficient and helpful. She made the entire transaction very pleasant. Thank you lovely lady.

Really appreciate their queue management. When we arrived, there are six groups ahead of us. After a few minutes wait, someone approach the line and ask for what you want to do and try to help reduce the line length.
