Toyota dealer

I purchased a vehicle from their Audi Rochester Hills dealership back in December and still don't have tags/registration. My temporary tags are expired and they won't send me new ones.

Came in from out of town and ran into an issue with my Toyota. They were rapidly able to identify and fix the problem, and communicated with my home dealership. Fantastic help and customer service!

Recently purchased Sienna 2022, initially I thought good experience but lately realised when they sold me some additional products like winter tire, rust proofing , additional warranty ( basically up-sale dealers product) they have quite a few hidden cost that ends us me spending additional approximately $ 700 which I have not budgeted for. When taking this matter at dealer level they are not willing to help, while taking it to Toyota they says they can not interfere with dealer.Question : Should not Toyota be responsible to ensure that while selling product to their customer , dealers should be transparent with customer for all associated cost for product the offer to their customer?

Always had my car serviced here and was always happy with their service. I especially enjoyed being served by a young lady. To my shame, I don't remember her name. And apparently I was just lucky with her. Today I was served by another person. I read the reviews and realized that I was not the only one who faced rudeness and outright rudeness. I'm not the only one trying to deceive. And all the owner's answers are only regret. But you don't do anything. Your dealership was the best. Now you are worse than Ford. Today, 06/26/2023, I went to remove the problem with the wheel sensors after rotation. Did in the same center. The technical service representative Faraz, I hope I got his name right, was so rude that I had to call the manager. The technical service manager, Mike, was just as rude. When he approached, he did not introduce himself, but began to fully support his employee. After this conversation, I simply wished them a good day and left. I bought two cars from this dealership and we need two more this year. I planned to order cars from them, since the line for Toyota is about a year. Now I will order elsewhere. This is how a company loses profit because of bad employees. Good luck to you!

I had a beautiful experience buying a car from here. Alex's service was extremely amazing !So to start, I was looking for a reliable SUV and the process from start to finish was refreshing compared to other dealerships I visited.Alex was well knowledged, kind and not agressive at all. I was really happy with his service. The finance team was great as wellI love the truck, it was fully certified and well maintained. I decided to bring it in for my own inspection, and it had a couple minor repairs to do which Alex offered to do with no stress.Just to leave off something Alex said Humanity over Money " . Good service

We had a great experience when we bought our car here last summer.We’re from out of town and the dealership and Mario (the sales person) blew us away with how accommodating they were. We bought a Prius C and couldn’t be more happy with it!I’m sure we will be back when it comes time to buy our next car!
