Glass cutting service

Terrible service. I got a quote at least a month ago to replace a doorlite and put some reflective film in the interior of our commercial unit. All I wanted to know is whether they could come down on price at all.I have called at least a half dozen times, sent multiple emails and have received no response from Rick.I got Rick (not sure if he's the owner) on the phone twice where he made promises to 'get right back to me'. However, he does not call back, respond to email or voicemails.I can't believe this is how they treat clients who are trying to give them business, therefor I've decided to shop elsewhere.Beware of this company, they definitely do not appreciate the 'small business' clients and you'll be treated second class by Rick.

Francisco's customer service and quality of work is superior. Francisco himself was extremely cooperative and personable while discussing the strategy we should use for addressing a problem with a shower door in my home. He offered suggestions, came to look at the project, called me back to confer on a solution and then came out promptly to address and correct the problem. During all of these meetings, he was particularly pleasant, polite and cheerful. I would highly recommend using this service. I know I will be using them again myself.

I just picked up a custom piece of glass for my diningroom table. It was cut perfectly, and the edges polished nicely. I assumed it would fit in the back seat of my truck, but it didn't! The owner, Steve, went above and beyond to wrap the glass in blankets I had brought with me, tape it up, and load it into the truck bed for me. He went so far as to support the glass with boxes and foam, and further secured it with my straps. The glass made it home in one piece, and looks fabulous!!!From the first contact I had with this company, Pat was extremely helpful and informative. Their team provides amazing customer service! And their prices are fair, too.Highly recommended!

Johnson’s True Value has 8, 1-star reviews.6 of them, including mine, are poor reviews of the small engine repair group. Unfortunately the rating of the entire store is affected due to that group owning 75% of the total 1-star reviews.I left messages for Dave and Vera asking to discuss this issue with me.They declined.The round, bearded, dark haired guy in the small engine repair group lets his fragile little feel bads interfere with his ability to make good decisions. He is likely responsible for all 6 bad reviews and is definitely costing the store money by putting his selfish and childish needs ahead of the customers’.He becomes quickly angered and, like a sophomoric cheerleader, goes into a hissy fit when his lack of knowledge is exposed. He refuses to further assist the customer and immediately runs off to his safe space leaving the customer alone…who came into the store intentionally to exchange MONEY for goods or services...the entire reason any business exists.How embarrassing for Johnson’s True Value that a person who puts his own fragile feelings over his employer’s success is even allowed to work there.This is the third time this person has given me attitude and caused me to leave and spend my money elsewhere.I bought all my small engine products from Johnson’s trying to help out by keeping our money local. It’s repair group was a big reason.Now I just buy parts online and do my own repairs. Today’s small gas engines require little intellect to understand.If a person must expect getting attitude and grief from staff, it’s easier to spend money somewhere else …with friendly staff who actually wants to be helpful.I will certainly rethink buying anything at Johnson’s True Value that might require counting on the small engine repair group for help. It has proven its inability to be helpful by owning 75% of the store’s 1-star reviews.

My experience with Pat was excellent. We were broken into in the middle of the night, and after exhausting all the glass places in Vernon, I took a chance and called Nelson's on their 24 hr emergency line. Got an answering machine, he called me back about a minute later, and said he would be there as soon as possible. He showed up quickly, and got everything functioning to lock up very efficiently. Very positive attitude, which I needed after being up very early and trying to clean up my shop after the break in. I need to replace my doors, and of course Pat's getting my business. Great service is not dead!!!!
