Motorcycle dealer

Awesome service in the Parts Department! I went in with low expectations, since I doubted they still carried the parts for my 1970 Ski-Doo Olympique. Not only did they have the parts I needed, but the guy I dealt with (Chad?) was awesome, taking the time time to look for what I needed, and calling quickly to let me know when it was done. The fact that they are open Saturdays also worked out very nicely for me.

I actually don’t think I’ve ever left a negative review (?) but going on my third year of riding and was looking to upgrade my bike. To make this story make sense, please keep in mind I am a young female that goes to places by themselves. Saw a bike I was interested in listed on their website, and drove all the way from Mississauga and when I went inside the only employee in the front looked at me then looked back at his computer. Couldn’t even say hi, he just made a face and looked down, I was literally the only customer in the dealer. I immediately felt intimidated and uncomfortable and went towards the back where I just looked at their gloves, then asked employee if that’s all they had where he goes like “…..yeah”. Like ok thanks for all your assistance? I am NOT the person to pull the gender card as I understand that anything to do with motorsports is typically a male dominant industry but I really don’t understand treating me like I’m less of a person because I’m not your typical customer. Going here really just made me feel bad about myself, and I am excited to purchase my new bike elsewhere. Train your staff to be nicer

So friendly, helpful and their stock is UNBELIEVABLE!! I have been in Sturgis for 24 hours and have shopped there 3 times. Thank you for the punch card on my 3rd visit and honoring all of my purchases!!!

These guys do not know what they are doing. Con artist. They will charge u for parts that they say they installed, when in fact they did not. Also say they fixed the problem. Then when u calk them, they dunt answer back. And are rude.

I dealt 100% with Anna, who always kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process of purchasing and financing my Honda.She answered all my questions, let me know when I was able to pick it up, and even completed some of the paperwork prior to me coming down to sign and take possession.So I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.Superior customer service, and they even sent me home with a couple bonuses.I'm very pleased with the entire transaction, and will keep Bill's in mind for any future needs.

Best dealer hands down! These folks care and treat you great. Would suggest speaking with them before you go anywhere else.

My former volunteer colleague works here. I think they do an amazing job. The Motorcycle show this year blew me off. I have some very fond memories of it, which I will never forget for a long time....thankyou my friend.
