Chrysalis Obstetrics & Gynaecology
Dr. Paul Henning is one of the best OB-GYNE in our city! We transferred to different OBs during my wife’s pregnancy and finally found the perfect doctor who can help us with our concerns. He will get into details and will offer a thorough examination and frequent appointments if you are really worried about the pregnancy. Chrysalis clinic staff are amazing too!! Very cheerful and happy to be serving on behalf of their great doctors! Lots of parking spaces and restaurants within the plaza too!

During the peak of corona in September 2020 I politely asked her if she could wear the gloves before touching my new born baby but she bluntly refused and asked me to leave if I have problem with her not wearing gloves! Super rude and arrogant dr I have ever met. Wish there was option to give negative star rating!

I've never met a doctor as unprofessional as him. First of all, the material wasn't sanitized since he only opened the drawer and took some clips that weren't wrapped in plastic bags but just landing there. He also was very rude, he gave me opinions that I didn't asked for about my medication as if I was there for that, but when I asked questions about the actual process for the IUD, he was mean and didn't answer my questions.

Open Arms
I attempted a TOLAC (Trial of Labour after Cesarean) for my second birth, and when complications presented during labour, my care was transferred to Dr. Frecker for a c-section. It was a redeeming, positive experience over my first labour and section. I highly recommend Dr. Frecker if you want someone who is positive, friendly, and respectful.

She is a knowledge Doctor however does not follow up on her comments like sending requisitions. The Receiption never responds to your voice mail. They never pick up the phone… never. I had to go to doctors clinic to even get the requisition that was promised a week back. Very frustrating.

Michelle is rude and won’t listen to you! Will just argue with you instead of trying to help. They don’t listen to you as a woman; they’re all text book! She thinks she’s the doctor. Because of her, it makes it extremely difficult to enjoy dr. Strauss

The service was so fast and I was checked in in no time. Everything was fine with the nurse but the next step being seen by the so called doctor was the worst experience ever. He could not figure out what my problem was and he refused to refer me to do any test. He did not even stay for couple of minutes to hear my concerns and he left the room. Was just waste of time !
