Rossen Glass & Mirror was an excellent company to deal with. I had multiple small scale glass and mirror cuttings to complete. The customer service was great, their email responses and call back times were always prompt and courteous. My order was exactly as requested and the cost was very fair compared to some astronomical quotes I received. I would definitely recommend!

I love my DM Bath vanity! I love that it’s made in Canada which you can really see in the quality. My vanity looks amazing and I will forever be admiring it! The showroom and customer service I received was phenomenal.

Perfect size glass shelves with sanded edges were made for a china cabinet. Was ready in a day.

I was looking to have a2 window openers replaced in my front house large window as the seals had gone and went in to see Len after reading the good reviews and also wanted to support a local small business and he took my phone number but said they didnt need my e-mail. Within a week they sent a guy round to do an estimate and i told him that i would like a quote to replace the 2 openers where the seals had gone and while he was here could he do a quote to replace the whole window in plastic.After 2 weeks i had heard nothing so i gave Len a call and he gave me prices for the 2 openers and also a price to replace all the glass in the same window which i didn't ask for so i explained again that i need a price to replace the whole window in plastic.After another 2 weeks i had heard nothing so went in again and i was asked to take a picture of the window and take the measurements which i took in the next day and spoke to somebody else and asked if he could pass on to Len. Yet another 2 weeks went by and i called in to the office again and Len showed me the drawing he had e-mailed for the quote and nobody had got back to him as the guy has been on vacation but he will contact him and phone me back. I offered my email again but said it wasn't needed.So after at least 8 weeks of back an forth i still do not have a price for the job so i suppose i will have to go to The Big Boys" to get some customer service and i am very disappointed."

I have done alot of business with Lonnie over the years, and he has always been great to deal with. Top notch service is hard to find these days, but these guys delivery every time!

A huge thanks to Dave, Tyler and the crew at Island Glass and Mirror.The project was to turn our apartment den into an enclosed office space for work from home, with the two primary goals being reducing sound and maintaining natural light.Since we're situated in an apartment as well, the solution had to involve no drilling into the roof (concrete slab) or floor (lengthy strata approval).The team worked with us to create an elegant solution of metal and glass that works brilliantly. The team were friendly, and took great care and attention to detail to ensure the job was done right, and that it met our expectations.For any issues that occurred, the team took ownership to sort it out, and the customer experience was excellent.Highly recommend the team.

After two bad experiences in a row it's time to move on from Art Sense. We've had a number of pieces framed here and if you could live with their disorganized nature, then the pricing was definitely better than other retail framers. However the last piece we had framed had to be re-done because the print was mounted backwards. There was no offer to expedite the fix - just wait the usual 3 weeks. We took a print in today and the friendly folks we usually deal with were not around. Instead we dealt with someone who was not very knowledgeable and just plain patronizing. Even scarier was that she was training someone new! And then came the quote. A similar size piece to the last job they did for us (comparable molding, mat and glass) was quoted 40% higher. They used to pride themselves on having the best price. Not anymore, the salesperson admitted without hesitation. So we went to their competitor across the street, Avenida Framing, and got a better price with expert and professional service. And I sincerely doubt that my print will be mounted backwards this time!
