Save-A-Life First Aid & CPR
Recertified my CPR through this organization. The course itself was fine, instructor was good. However, the organization intentionally takes additional days to send out the certificates and charges a steep fee to get it before the two week period. To only send an email. Of course, first they send out an email demanding extra payment to get the certificate in a reasonable time. And of course, within minutes the certificate comes, they intentionally wait to send them out just to get additional payment. Even though participants should already by certified to do the skill at this time. This is inane when the course is already so expensive. I would definitely steer clear of this organization in the future.
