Great little ferry. Easy crossings. Staff are professional at what they do and how they treat their clients.

Absolutely terrible. We came early for our ship heading to Victoria. Everyone started boarding and everything seemed fine. All of a sudden they stopped and the ship left without us. There was no announcements telling people that the ship was loaded leaving everyone confused. We were left waiting for 4 hours. Ended up being around 7 hours late by the time we got to our destination.

Now that was impressive and fun. Impressive cuz of solidness, power and well executed job!Fast moving mastodonte for it’s weight with all the cars! Free, stuff is proffesional and friendly. Capitain shored the way I didn’t even feel a tiny bump. 3 boats working at the same time. I felt safe ;)

BC Ferries Duke Point Terminal
BC Ferries is a necessity for us on the island….so hard to depend on a service that is struggling due to weather and staff however they do the best they can and it’s appreciated! Reservations are the only way to go but they should honour them on the next available sailing if your ferry gets cancelled. Some of the terminals could use a bit of an upgrade in terms of food service as the lineups and waits are getting longer and longer and it will just get worse. The coffee shop (Coyote) had lots to offer and the girls were hustling and super friendly. Worth the wait to pick something up before you get on the ferry.Happy sailing

The ferry goes every 20 minutes, so there is not a long waiting time :). The view is amazing and the voyage only take like 5-10 minutes. Bring a sweater or hoodie because the wind is really cold or you may need to stay inside of your car. Overall it’s a wonderful experience!
