Outdoor bath

We enjoyed our visit, spa was clean and quiet and not overpacked like bigger spas. The only things that were missing in our opinion was a temperate pool (only hot 38°, or cold 13-17°) and a patio for the restaurant so you could eat outside. There was a lot space to enjoy and multiple relaxation areas. We would come back for sure.

I had an issue with a Toto part that I had bought at Cantu Bathroom and Maxwell assisted me to get the warranty claim and delivered the replacement part, as soon as it was available. Whilst, waiting for the part, Maxwell kept me updated with the progress and once the Toto part was available, advised with pick up options.It was a pleasure to deal with Maxwell, a polite, well spoken individual, that treats his clients with utmost professionalism and genuine care.M. Beautiful and quiet spa; you have everything you need without being overwhelmed by people, and on top of that they give a very professional service. This place is so peaceful and relaxing, you will be literally between mountains. It’s the perfect getaway for a day or two. I had a massage with Marina and she was excellent!

Vibes: 9/10The women’s change room is a bit small but nonetheless the place is beautifully designed. I went in mid January and they did a great job clearing the snow off the walkways. It was great that there were different sections of hot and cold baths. You’re also able to dip yourself in the river which is genius. The eucalyptus room is chefs kiss.Service: 10/10I’ve been to the Collingwood location as well and I’d say that I prefer the Tremblant location. The staff reinforced the silent policy in a much more friendly way. It didn’t feel like people were in elementary school again getting told by the teacher to not chitchat with their pals. But still all talking from guests were quiet and respectful. All staff I encountered were friendly, direct and helpful.Experience: 9/10Solid experience. I felt relaxed, rejuvenated and peaceful.
