Don’t got there as a retail customer. They treat you like second class citizen.I would give it zero star if it is an option.

Subhn allah The experience I had at this place was unreal. We need to improve our morals and the way we deal with one another before we expect Allah to help us and others to respect us. I called in and asked for two lambs for an Aquiqa. I was clear that to feed the number of guests we had, We require at least two lambs with at least 40lbs net weight. I also explained that I needed them to be cut into smaller pieces. I was told that they close at 1 and I had to be there before. They also mentioned that they were going to have them ready for me. Btw the price was on the expensive side $350 each. This was on a Friday. I reach there at 12:55 and I asked for my two zabihas. I was told that the brother in charge has gone to Friday prayer and that he needs an hour to come back. Of course that means I either have to go to Friday prayer and run the risk of not having food for 110 guest tomorrow or to miss Friday prayer , No one bothered to mention to me that they actually open until 4 or 5. I waited in the parking lot. So after 80 minutes of waiting. I call then number again, the person answer and ask me to come in. ( On a side note the person was sweating , and with full Butcher gear on, I remember seeing the same guy inside, when I went in to ask the first time, plus I the parking lot is kind of small. I do remember seeing anyone comes or leaves from the lot). So after waiting that long the person greeted me but not even once apologize. He asked me about the size of the cuts I needed. I again asked if the lambs are 40lbs each, he answer that they're even heavier than that. I was asked to wait in my car.So they brought the meat to my car and I was asked to go to pay. Thing were good I paid and took a business card in case I need something else in the future. I reach Al tarboosh restaurant which is the restaurant that is going to be preparing the meat for us.The chief mentioned to me that the lambs are kind of small. We put them on the scale. One lamb was 30lbs and the second was 34lbs. I called Caledon fresh Halal" meat and explained the situation. I was told they're lighter because I did take the head. I gave them the chance to rectify the situation but they were hell bent not to offer anything to fix it. No refund

Great work done on our meat, we've been sharing sausage with friends & family and they Love it!Not to mention, processed in a timely manner as well. Will definitely go back!

Not sure why this company is still in business. Besides their shady manager compensation plans (making them get paid through a corporation, hence being subject to personal AND corporate tax come tax time, while the corporation gets to enjoy tax savings :) on the expense of hard working employees) the products suck as much as the company does. Reviews speak for themselves. Stay away. Disgusting leadership.

Excellent jerky, ham,and smoked pork chops. Friendly staff and excellent products. The bacon has a great smokey flavor but a bit salty. They do not accept credit cards.

Here is an unbiased review of Kebab Factory. I am a Master's Degree student at the University of Waterloo, and my budget is very limited. In order to save costs, I normally do not eat at restaurants. Furthermore, my family lives in another city. As a result, I often cook my own meals using my limited cooking ability. I was often frustrated because I missed the homemade meals. However, one day I went to the local Halal butcher shop - Ammar Halal Meats - and noticed the products of Kebab Factory. I immediately started buying the chicken kebabs over and over because they are very affordable for students. As per my understanding, the cost of 18 Kebabs in the Mississauga store is $10. However, the cost of 18 Kebabs in Waterloo is $12. I personally do not mind this, because at least I am able to buy the kebabs I love without losing a lot of money. As a student, this is very helpful. The kebabs are all delicious - but make sure you cook them properly! Follow the instructions and do not overcook them. They taste better than many of the kebabs that I have eaten in the restaurants. Bravo!I also have some recommendations for the owner of this company:1. Please try to sell your products in more Canadian cities and stores. After my Master's Degree finishes in June 2018, I will move to British Columbia to attend law school & finish the Juris Doctor degree. If I don't find your products in BC, I will feel really sad.2. Please try to sell 18 beef or 18 lamb kebabs in one packet, just like the chicken kebabs. I never saw 18 pieces of beef or lamb kebabs in one packet while shopping in the Waterloo Halal store, but perhaps they are available in Mississauga (I am not sure). I noticed that the beef & lamb kebabs are currently sold in packets of 10.3. Last but not least, if you don't sell in other Canadian provinces, such as BC, please start online ordering services in your website so that I can order them and get them shipped to my home.Overall, an amazing company, selling an amazing set of products. Keep up the great work! Hope to hear a reply to my detailed review soon :)

We brought the family to visit the sunflower patch. Pre-ordered some snacks and our tickets online. The staff were very friendly and engaging. We bought some kettle chips, lemonade and sunflower crunch (trail mix). The food quality was really good. All COVID-19 precautions were in place (sitting areas very well spaced out, the market area only allowed 2 people at a time and you had to wear mask by the market area.) We even got a tour of the farm from a kid that just happened to be walking around the farm. We got to pet the donkeys , see the turkeys cows and chickens. The playground area was closed at the time so we’ll have to come back for that.

Good service, friendly people, competitive pricing. Highly recommended!

On commande une carcasse ou une moitié et on reçoit un pêle-mêle de coupes appartenant à l'espèce commandée mais dans des proportions complètement hors-norme.La viande est bonne, mais après s'être fait mentir à propos de ce qu'on nous vend, à quoi bon? Il y a des producteurs honnêtes.
