Pinball machine supplier

Someone shared a sale post from Arcade Time Machine a while ago, and I keep seeing them pop up, so I thought, why not! Christmas is coming and I have 3 gaming kids.I order the Mancave model, it came loaded with so many games! My kids will never be bored.Matt is an easy to work with, down to earth guy. He worked with me to create custom graphic siding, and was upfront about any delays in that “COVID” shipping was causing.The guys at the shop worked their butts off to get my machine to me by Christmas and I’ve had no issues with it :)Totally recommend!

Bought several pinball machines off John. Also bought a table top video game with 60 games that gets lots of use. Had a jukebox practically given to me and Alex his main man came out and got it working. Anytime I need a hand or feel like dropping in I make a call and the staff is more than helpful. Even though I have not dealt with John this year I still appreciate his help and friendship

The owner is great, but the sales rep Jan" needs some work. Not only was she unknowledgeable about what she was talking about- she rushes us and then proceeded to tell us "final sale" on the items we bought AFTER we purchased them. It wasn't like we were going to return it to begin with

These are the go-to guys for pinball service! they did an outstanding job in repairing and updating my 1981 Williams Black Knight machine. Great advice; work performed in a timely manner and reasonably priced. A service issue required Robert to drive down from Montreal ( a 2-1/2 hr. drive) and the issue was dealt with promptly. Tommy is a great owner, was always responsive to my emails. We ordered Scooby Doo from Nitro!Unfortunately I don't think I'll be back to order with Nitro. I'm not sure why they pass the credit card fees on to the customer. Not competitive here. Most dealers were also offering free shipping on Stern machines, even my small local dealer. Easily $800 more ordering with Nitro after shipping and CC fees...Please take a look at this TommyThanks!

John helped me tremendously with purchasing my first ever pinball machine (I've dreamt of owning one for well over 30 years!). You don't find customer service like this often anymore (I mean this in a good way, of course!). John was more than happy to address all my concerns very quickly (by phone or e-mail). I purchased a used machine off of him but you wouldn't be able to tell by looking at it. The item came in amazing shape, packaged just like a new pin. Truly a pleasure to purchase from and I hope to purchase from again soon. I wish I lived closer to Vancouver. Keep on rockin' John! >:)
