Overpriced and terrible gelato. I don’t buy the whole eco friendly angle either. Avoid at all costs.

Gio will lull you in with a promise of a year warranty on used items and an initial price that is very low. However with each and every item you purchase from him you really have to watch him because he will grossly over charge you if he thinks he can get away with it. That is his tactic and his con. I took him at his word and lost. HE HAS LOST MY TRUST AND I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HIM AGAIN. I was burned a couple of times and have since found other much more reliable and trustworthy suppliers. Id say he's lost about $80,000 of business from me since then and much more as I expand. Buyer... beware!!!

I originally bought my machine from this company (15+yrs). We have always handled our maintenance and small replacement parts ourselves. This time, I needed to change our salt filter. I was told that it had to be changed by them because the new filters had new tubes. If I called first, the exchange could be completed in a day (about $35)...not the experience I had. I called first and when I dropped it off I was told they were busy - OK I did not expect it back in a day (it took a week). Cost? They would look at the machine and give me a call as to cost before they conducted the work.I will not bore you here with all the calls I made to them. All the lies I was told (I am pretty smart, I listen when you continually contradict yourselves, of course I am too polite to call you liars to your face). Customer service is definitely not important to Mr Cappuccino. They do not call you, they do not give you estimates before the work is done. MAKE SURE you get all the parts of your machine back correctly (I noted my handle missing when I picked it up). They said they never touched the handle - then why did they have to go to the back to find it? It also came home with the wrong basket - they 'noticed' we were using single shot basket (never have - it was at home and double shot in the handle when I dropped it off, but not when I picked it up). At least when returned the next day they gave me the right basket. Apologies? Not a chance.In the end the bill came to $462. Should I have paid it? Perhaps not. I know if I need repair in the future I would rather throw out the machine, than ever walk through their door.Oh and that salt filter? I had to wait to have it installed when I picked up the machine, it had not been done.

I was looking for a good deal on a refrigerator and I have been shopping around multiple places but decided to purchase from here because of the excellent servicer. I had many questions and concerns but Gio was able to take the time for a 1-on-1 experience to suggest the right refrigerator for my needs and budget. Will come back for future equipment needs.

Recently placed an order from this company. They sent a piece from another manufacturer that I could have purchased for less than 1/2 the price. They cut the other manufacturers name off of the box, but were stupid enough to put stickers with their name on the unit along with the other manufacturers name. This company does bait and switch. Buyer beware. When I called and spoke to Shawn, he said he did us a favor by sending us this unit. I will never purchase from this company again and suggest you do your homework before ordering anything from them. They sell under the name Bake Max. There are much more reliable and honest manufacturers out there will sell you the product that you ordered.
