This is a Red Lobster with a big heart! I came here on May 22 for the $20 endless shrimp promotion (now increased to $25) and I was not disappointed. Although the five different shrimp selections may not seem like a lot of variety, the four that I tried each had a different, distinctive flavour that tasted good in their own ways. I especially enjoyed the coconut shrimp and the colada dipping sauce. Plus, each person gets a free side! And the complimentary bread/roll was so soft and tasty!! The value was just unbeatable given how much prices have increased in the past few years.I’d like to give a big shout-out to the male server that evening. I didn’t ask for his name but he was a cheerful dude and super friendly to us throughout the meal. Additionally, it was actually my first time dining at Red Lobster and I had a chance to check out (although not order from) the rest of the menu, and they seem to have a wide selection at reasonable prices. Now Red Lobster has a new fan!

It’s definitely a perfect choice to celebrate a big day here. All the meals, deserts, service and atmosphere are as great as google reviews.We are 2 adults and 2 kids, ordered a starter Calamari, a sharing plate Seafarer’s Feast along with several yummy biscuits, Shrimp Linguini, and must-order desert Chocolate Wave, which was surprisingly prepared with two candles for us. Another Jan 2023 visit. Red lobster what a dissappointment your seafood stuffed mushrooms!!! You are not supposed to stuff them with rice and if you do, don't call them seafood and charge less.Also ordered 2 ultimate feasts and they were good. They had ran out of the mac and cheese too. It was 5.45pm!!Biscuits took also forever. Our server Keith was amazing though!!!Jan 2023. Good service and food. Jumbo Island coconut shrimps and side of bacon mac and cheese!Update...we went in right before this new Jan 2022 lockdown and had an amazing dinner. We shared appetizers: tuffed mushrooms and lobster bisque and main was the 3 types of shrims: alfredo pasta, coconut and waltz. So much food we could not finish it and really good. A beer and a white sangria to go with the food. Service was good as well.We ordered take out and it was the shrimp feast! And we ordered another plate of shrimps but they did not add it to the order. We called the restaurant after we finished eating and said we were not complaining but wanted to advise they missed one order of shrimps. I believe it was the manager who came to the phone and apologized. We reiterated we were not looking for anything but wanted to let them know as we order quite often and had never happened before. The manager apologized and sure enough sent us a card in the mail. That was surprising for sure and proof of excellent service. We will order soon again! Thank you for not dissappointing.The food...amazing as usual. By the way loved the new Thai shrimps. Our faves are the coconut ones!

Hasn't changed in 20 years. First visit in 10 years. Everything was very good. Lobster tail not worth the price in my opinion. Best clam chowder around.

This was quite the experience! My wife and I had been wanting to go here since we first saw it on one of the many YouTube food channels (Strictly Dumpling for the win!). It did not disappoint. They showed us the lobster that we would consume before it hit the pot. I definitely suggest going with at least a minimum of 5 people as it’s fairly large portions and it’ll help share the load of the costly meal but the experience is worth it!

We came to eat without any real expectations and the overall experience was way above anything we could've imagine. Great food, great ambiance and the service was top notch. You must go there if you want a really good time.Awesome place!

First of all the food here is awesome to say the least! Service was second to none. Now you throw in that this restaurant is floating in Brown's Bay! They have inside seating, but on those beautiful days there is plenty of outdoor seating, now you are surrounded by amazing views, the ocean, the forest, look across to Quadra Island. As well as watch some pretty nice boats cruise by. And if you're lucky a couple of seals may be checkin you out, not to mention the possibility of a whale siting! It's a must see!

Was excited to visit this location for the first time ever during the afternoon and was underwhelmed. Ordered the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and marinara sauce was spoiled! Ordered entrees and got the bill to find out no adjustment for the sour marinara was made and had to beg George, our waiter, to see what could be done. Was excited to eat here but may visit others before coming back.

I ordered the prime rib burger and my partner ordered the rockfish tacos and both were 10/10. Came up super quick, lovely staff and delicious food with an amazing view.
