My experience with Rolfing has been amazing. I’ve been to chiropractors and massage therapists for years, but have never had the results like I do from Rolfing in my first ten sessions. I feel like my body is more aligned, the constant pressure on my hips and lower back is gone, and my gait is much smoother than it’s been in years! Candace was able to release the tension in my neck and shoulders like no one else has ever done. I experienced instant relief and improvements at the end of each session. I am so grateful to have heard of Peak Rolfing through word of mouth and highly recommend her to anyone!

It is hard to describe how impactful a session with Diana is. In my 53 years of life I have never felt so calm and relaxed, in fact as the session was ending I was at a loss for words as someone whom has suffered from generalized anxiety disorder I have always existed is a state of fight/flight or freeze - all cause significant muscle tension and pain. 1 hour of Watsu provided me with tangible evidence that my body can relax and I can experience freedom from muscle tension and pain.Diana made this experience exceptional as she balanced her nurturing and supportive engagement with a safe therapeutic treatment. I am looking forward to my next session.

Jules is one of a kind. She has great instincts and can zero in on problem areas quickly. I find most massage treatments provide temporary relief but Julie's approach goes deep and helps get to the underlying cause of issues. She makes great observations and works with you to activate your own resources so your healing can continue even after the session is over. Plus she's also one of the most genuine, kind, compassionate and funny people I've met. I'm so grateful I was introduced to Jules. She is a uniquely gifted healer.
