Called Rhino Plumbing this morning to see if they could help with our furnace in our new house we just purchased. I explained what was happening. Ryan as able to swing over to examine the furnace very quickly while on his way to another job. They found the issue, Ryan & Ethen returned later in the day and fixed the furnace! Both Ryan & Ethen were very polite and professional! 10/10 would definitely recommend. Will not hesitate to use Ryan for future repairs/service

Not sure why all the negative reviews. I love their products and I have never once ever had any issue with either customer service or installation.

We have had Rhino plumbing over to fix leaks in the notre dame apartment building. Every time he comes over its professional an the job is done right an on time. I recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs.

I order a two big front door ,The guy came to my home and took a measurement in Sep 2021 and supposed to delivered in 4 weeks,First he came with a excused that the shipment comes from Turkish and the cost of transportation has been gone up, I did agreed to give him extra month that we agreed ,In total the owner of this company charge me $14,000 and stile NO delivery as of Apr 17 2023.all the pic you see on his website is fake do not trust this company or this person.Please report him to this as he he has NON valid company registration in Canada.

Arrived home to a very cold house, I immediately checked my pilot light and it was out. Three months earlier I had work done on my furnace by a different local company. At that time the pilot light assembly had been changed from a knob to a switch assembly. I had no idea how this worked, so I called Rhino plumbing and talked to Ryan. He was on his way into a meeting but took the time to explain to me what to do. He had to get into his meeting but let me know that if I didn't get it going to call him after his meeting and he would stop by my house on his way home. Thanks to Ryan's step by step instructions, I was able to get it going! He was very patient with me and I would highly recommend him. I will definitely be using him in the future for any plumbing or heating needs that arise.

Totally ghosted by these jokers! I can't comment on the work because they didn't show up. I received a garbled voicemail three minutes before my appointment with Metro, something to the effect that he couldn't find parking (which is weird, because there was parking in front of my house.) Technician never answered his phone again, didn't reply to my voicemail and I never received any follow up. Don't waste your time.
