Excellent service, kind and patient staff, efficient exams, consultations and procedure. Dr. Hakim was considerate and thorough in explaining my condition and addressing any concerns. Quick recovery time. Couldn't be happier! Highly recommended for anyone wanting to be free from corrective lenses.

Dr Michael Butler and his team are the real deal! A coworker recommended Dr Butler after having not the best luck with past Dr's. Not only did him and his staff listen to my concerns, he was able to help me understand my situation in common language and give guidance to the best options long term. I have the most trust that Dr Butler will always take care of me in the future.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly, I was a little early for my appointment and they took me in right on time. Since my prescription didn’t change, there was no pressure to purchase new frames/lenses, which was great. Will definitely come back here again for my vision needs.

What a great experience! From consult to surgery, all staff were great! Unreal customer service. The staff members answered my questions, efficiently guided me through the whole process, and made the surgery as easy as can be. Dr.King was great with my surgery and was as professional as possible! I have been wearing glasses/contacts for 12 years, so it has been great having my vision back. The LASIK MD team was amazing, they took great care of me throughout the whole process. I was a bit nervous at first, but they all made me feel at ease and before I knew it, the procedure was over! Highly recommended procedure.

Dr Singer is great! His staff was great too. Both very kind and thorough. He explained the likely cause of eye strain and that helped change post-surgery care. Not sure why the ratings here are not that great...

Le 9 novembre 2022 Le dr Alain Grégoire, de ses doigts de fée, m’a opéré pour un remplacement du cristallin. Je me suis enfin débarrassé de mes lunettes et en plus, je vois les couleurs plus belles. Je ne savais pas à quoi m’attendre le jour de l’opération mais finalement l’expérience a été formidable. Merci Dr Grégoire et merci Dr Pop pour avoir répondu à toutes mes questions avant et après l’opération. Votre gentillesse est très rassurante. Merci aux infirmières Emma et Isabelle et un merci tout spécial à Daniles pour sa douceur, sa gentillesse et sa chaleur humaine.

Super great team at Clarity right from the consultation to the surgery and beyond, I even had to move my appointment and in the begininning at the consultation they said they were flexible and they were. I was given the option of either LASIK or PRK and I decided to go with PRK as I had the time to heal. Dr Al-Ghoul and his team are phenomenal down to the optometrists, Michelle the surgical coordinator (really really helpful with anything you need), the front desk personnel, the assistants in and out of the surgery room, the nurses and more. Surgery went really well, the actual surgery time (the laser work) was like 30 seconds each eye, the prep before hand and putting the band-aid contacts on afterwards and recovery before discharge was the longest time and which they didn't take that long either. You will also have Dr Al-Ghoul's phone number if anything questionable comes up or emergency which is very comforting. It was blurry right after and for awhile (will talk about it more but it was about 6 weeks were it went away) and the 24 hour check up went great. Then the one week went great, I was one of the lucky ones with no pain the whole time post op surgery, the contacts got removed but was blurry still but getting better, I was about 20-35 or so and after an eye exam and testing was given permission to be legally allowed to drive and had rolling crystal clear vision but then at times was blurry. It was like that up to my 4 weeks (1 month) appointment with my optometrist. They told me it was partly due to dry eyes still but also the eyes were still healing. Sure enough about a couple weeks later my vision came in pretty well clear all the time and have been improving since. I have my 4 month check up in 3 weeks then will have my 1 year in November next year, will update accordingly for both of those. Excited for what they will bring!!If I had to do it again, I will for sure get it done...having no glasses has made world's of differences and opened up so many new experiences. Like only needing sunglasses, not searching for glasses to see in the morning, going swimming and not joining the wrong family or friends accidentally haha, but also comes things getting used like not having glasses there in front of your eyes when the unexpected happens and the glasses were there as a guard haha.Thanks Clarity Team!!

The Rumors are true....unfortunately this clinic does not respect the patients time. I was scheduled from an emergency referral from hospital. This clinic booked my appointment and told me there are a number of people before I'll be able to be seen. The woman next to me has been waiting for almost 3 hours...organization would benefit this institution greatly.
