A great program with a great staff for the most part. They really care about you and your recovery and work with you individualy to make sure your treatment is tailored to you. And they have never given up on me, which means a lot. Also my treatment team was very dedicated to my recovery! You can tell they truly care! The owner is very knowledgeable and really cares about each patient. She has done a lot to help me. Although I still struggle I can’t thank cedc enough for there compassion and dedication to care! I wouldn’t be here today with out them!

Dr. El Mistiri is good, however, its very difficult to book an appointment, it goes straight to voicemail and even after I have left name and phone number after 24 hours they do not call back.

I had a wonderful initial assessment experience with Dr Hamid. I have had a handful of experiences with psychiatrists in the city and I often left feeling unheard, invalidated and unseen. Dr Hamid made me feel comfortable immediately, has a good sense of humour, and seems to be genuinely passionate about providing artful psychotherapy and creating quality relationships with his clients. I felt so much relief and hope after leaving his office - and look very forward to working with him.

I reached out to her twice on her website, and she never got back to me. I just briefly told her about my concerns and asked for a quote. She hadn’t gotten back to me, so a few days later I reached out to her again the same way. Then I found out that she had actually blocked my IP address and I couldn’t reach out out to her anymore … oh my goodness, really?Then I decided to call her number on her website and got a man on the other end, and I asked him if he was from that psychic centre, and he said no. This is all a bit suspect to me, for all these reasons. Sad … I just wanted to talk to someone about something that she supposedly specializes in.

I’ve had a positive experience with this clinic. In particular, Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable, kind, compassionate and thorough. I was referred to the clinic with a complicated situation and treated with upmost respect. The staff are also very attentive and helpful. Thank you for supporting all Canadians!

Dr Agobodo has been amazing. He actually takes the time to listen to what’s working for me and what’s not and is quick to make adjustments when needed. He has been incredibly accommodating even staying late or calling me on weekends if needed. He goes above and beyond.

Matt and Claire have both been incredibly accommodating and understanding throughout my entire treatment process. It’s clear that they have their patients’ best interests at heart and they’re both very open to any questions or concerns.
