Le pire endroit les employés ne sont pas respectueux, manque d'information...ils m'ont pressé pour aller chercher le corps de mon père à l'hôpital, me disant que j'avais 48 heures pour le faire.....et c'est faux.Ils ne m'ont jamais informé des prix relié au transport de son corps, comme réponse ils me disent que tout à un prix...oui je veux bien mais j'aurais aimé qu'on m'informe avant...en tout cas viveT.Sansregret

Brenan's handled my Mom's arrangements when she was terminal. I don't know the specifics of how they communicated, but she laid out her wishes so my stepdad and I wouldn't have to worry once she passed. She told the gentleman she was working with that she specifically did not want an event or even an obituary. After she passed, we went in to the Paradise Row location to finalize the details of her cremation and he told us those were her wishes. I said something like, come on

Our family’s experience with Ethical Death Care was exceptional. All the members of the team that we dealt with were very professional, compassionate and helpful - Amy, Bill, Sandy, and Dillon. We were very grateful to Dillon for all of the assistance he provided with regards to explaining and completing all the documents and paperwork for the government. He was very diligent and carefully answered all of our questions. We also appreciated Dillon’s advice regarding the Free Press obituary and the beautiful photo tribute page that was created. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and we would highly recommend Ethical Death Care.

Laurie was compassionate and supportive, especially with a very young client. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly and gave my daughter the necessary time to make the best possible decisions about her father's funeral. She was thoughtful and inclusive with family members with exceptional needs. She coordinated with out of town relatives. She went way above and far beyond!

I cannot recommend KORU highly enough. At a time of sadness, Emily from Koru made the entire process as stress-free and easy as possible, sending us any resources we asked for immediately, answering emails within minutes, and helping us coordinate every detail within the tight timeline we were working with. Emily showed compassion, professionalism, and expertise. She was so wonderful to work with, and I would choose Koru again without hesitation. Thank you Emily for everything.

Online forms are very easy and straightforward to fill out. Prices were excellent compared to other funeral services. Customer service team is consistently courteous and responsive. They followed-up with our family for several weeks after. Alternatives Funeral took care of all the details for us, overcoming this hardship could have been much more difficult if it were not for the efforts of this team. Each and every interaction I had with the team was pleasant and professional. I would recommend to everyone.

Hi my name is Tracy and I have used Simply Cremations before that was back in 2008 and 2011 they were great then but they are even better know our Funeral Director that help us his name is Kurtis he made us feel at ease right away he is very knowledgeable about the business, we asked questions he answered them right away and as we went forward and told him what we wanted for my husband Ronald he listened, he didn't force anything that was outrages price, in fact he was trying to make it so much easier for us by picking out non expensive stuff( the box to cremate him in to the urn to put the ashes in) Kurtis explained step by step on how to get the government to pay because we didn't have the funds he also explained all the paperwork he was filling out for us. They took the burden off of us and they handled everything all the paperwork all you have to do is sign when they are done, they also had us meet with Kelly who did all the canceling of AHC and what ever else needed done to put it bluntly they are awesome and I would us them again.
