Worse of the worse product. Ordered some vinyl protective sleeves, and the whole batch (yes the whole 1000 of them!!) was defective. How is it possible? Is there ANY quality control? On top of being badly welded and creased which make them split, they’re completely misshaped ( way to large and not long enough) anyway. A complete waste not only of my time and money (that I might got back by now but they’re really badly organized and absolutely not responsive) but also for the environment. I wish I could put less than one star.

Security guy was super polite. For pickup go right of security shack around the building there is a huge space for brooming your trailer as clean trailer required BONUS there is a broom waiting for you. Trailer shouldn’t be more than 10 years old and without any holes. Docks have enough space for backup. Shipping office is at E6 door. Use computer for checking in. Shipper was polite and helpful. Don’t forget to wear safety vest and shoes. Loading starts at 7:30 am

I have been using the Bag to Nature bags for my green bin for many years now and have seen a steady decline of their quality. In the most recent box I bought, they decided to change to a roll format where you have to rip each bag. The quality of bags are quite thin, therefore, I find myself ripping the actual bag instead of tearing in the dotted line. In addition, these new bags are also manufactured poorly and the bottom of the bag has been sealed together for some of them making the bag scrunched up and smaller than the intended size.
