If only I can leave NO stars.I've applied to renew my membership on July 18 and it is now September 5th. I have called these guys on August 20th and left a voicemail and I have YET to hear back from them. I called them again on Tuesday September 3rd and left another voicemail.Every time I have called, an automated message says we are unable to speak with you at this time...". This is so disappointing. They need to change their entire system and staff. I've read most the reviews and trust me

Steve Miller, local guide rates 4 stars, but gives a restaurant franchise 5 stars? Come now. This college has the greatest instructors possible paving the way for the future of corrections. This college deserves nothing short of the upmost respect. And yes Steve, 5 stars.

Oakville Building
Very poor quality rooms, especially for military members who just finished basic training. The building's living conditions are even below that from what basic gave us!

Collier Building - Work Point
A very nice building with variety of classrooms, offices, plus a theatre. Many of my classes are held in the latter, which is a spacious one with a full board for ppt presentations and a projector. The overall cleanliness of this building is well maintained, and the classrooms appear very modern and up to date with their devise and tools to use to teach RCN Officers and NCMs in training. There is always staff or students available, both during and after hours who are very polite and eager to help new students arriving here. My first time here was to find a printer to print off some forms, and a student was there to help, so big thanks to him. There’s also a library, albeit very small on the basement floor, that is noted as handicap accessible and has 2 computers in there. The librarian there is also great at helping with computer and technical issues, for both the computers and military-issued laptops. The only downside is their hours and directives are somewhat unclear, especially with the COVID regulations in place, so it’s easy to not know where you’re going without help. But overall, all my classes here are solid and the staff here are very knowledgeable about the courses!
