At the end of April, I took the General IELTS (Computer-delivered) at CES Toronto. It was a pleasant experience before, during and after the exam. Their staff were very supportive. The computers and accessories (headset, keyboard, mouse) worked well during the test. I highly recommend this center for the IELTS test.

Today, I had an exam at this centre. I had a head injury and medical condition from doctor. The staff members and investigators, they forced me to take out the piece of cloth that covered my injuries.I told them, I had medical condition but no one is cooperating.Even , when I asked, can I speak to your supervisor, they do not call their super.During test, computers were hanged for a moment but no investigator inside the room.To be honest, it was a super bad experience that I have had today.For evidences, please check the cameras because cameras never lie.Do not fill your ielts exam and do not waste your valuable money in this BITTS training centre.

I paid $325 for their bundle, which included a voucher, but when I went to redeem my voucher, the link did not work, and reaching someone in support seems impossible! Now I'm ready to take my test, which is required for my job, and I'm likely going to have to spend another $350 to do so!

I am very happy with Tutor Doctor's services, and would highly recommend! My son had a great experience, and really liked his tutor. Bayne was very patient and willing to adjust quickly to my son's needs. He also made sure to include my sons interests in his sessions to ensure he remains engaged. A big thumbs up from me!

We hired Tutor Doctor initially to help my daughter with some of her grade 12 classes. She is a strong student but wanted some extra help to get her grades as high as possible. We ended up using our hours in her first year of University as well. I can tell you that all of her tutors have been extremely helpful and super friendly and patient. We had Tatiana to help with math/sciences, Alix to help with social/English and Bilal to help her with her current Business Stats class. Bilal is extremely organized and well prepared for each session. Her other tutors helped her immensely and I would highly recommend Tutor Doctor and these specific tutors. Very happy!

Needed a car for my road test and got in contact with this school. We ran through the route just before my road test and Faraz was amazing at giving me tips to pass the road test. Extremely patient, informative and encouraging, was excited for me when I passed. Would definitely recommend him as an instructor.

Mr. Opinder is a professional, experienced, and understanding instructor. I recently took the classes, and he provided me the confidence and focused environment that I needed to pass the test. Would certainly recommend him.

The test centre was ok, except for the fact that the screens were set up in such a weird way that they were reflecting the light in the room and it was very difficult to read anything. But that's a relatively minor problem.The bigger problem and the reason for me writing this negative review is the examiner that was responsible for the speaking section of the exam. I have no idea why he was so biased against me and my friend who took the test on the same day as I did, but he lowered both our marks significantly for no apparent reason. We appealed the decision and our marks were increased by 1.0! Outrageous! Unfortunately, I did not catch his name when he was introducing himself. I feel like he did this on purpose and mumbled his name whereas he was speaking very clearly the rest of the time. Avoid this test centre and especially this examiner, if possible.
