J'ai beaucoup aimé. C'est vraiment un endroit à connaître. Un service communautaire hors pair. Les prix sont abordables et surtout, pour les personnes plus démunies ça peut aller jusqu'à la gratuité.

The woman who helped me was very rude and condescending. She talked over me and didn’t let me finish asking my question - completely interrupted me. I had a few questions for her as I’ve just moved into province and bought my first car ever. Because I didn’t have the correct documents (I didn’t know what I needed) she instantly turned me away and didn’t want me wasting her time.Not good customer service.

It's one of the nicest ICBC you can go to. Such a nice bunch of ladies receiving you with big smiles and so welcoming.You will want to grab a chair and stay for tea and chat! Hehe
