L'équipe de Farnham est des plus professionnelle et efficace. Je me dois de mentionner Geneviève qui a été d'une aide précieuse. Elle a pris le temps d'écouter, de faire des suggestions à l'intérieur de notre budget. Quant à l'escalier, William a à coeur la qualité de son travail et le souci du détail.En bref notre experience a été très positive.

I absolutely do not recommend this shop. Me and my mother ordered 2 full 15 piece nativity sets on November 9th, we were told they would be ready in a week. Called each week to check on our order and was told they were having kiln problems, which is completely understandable. My mother called today to and was informed that they cant even find all the molds for the set that we ordered. We should have been told from the beginning that she could not find all the molds. They were completely unprofessional. Me and my mother have been doing ceramics for 30+years and have never been treated this way by a ceramic shop or been given the run around like we have received from Bonnie and her employees.

Love this store, don't know what I would do without it. I am sure a lot of potters in the area rely solely on this store for clay alone. They just have a great selection of stuff, and are so helpful with any questions I have regarding ceramics. I bought my very first wheel here and they were so helpful with all my Kiln and firing questions. I just love it here. I do wish they had later hours on weekdays so I could go after work, but I understand it is a local buisness and a small one. I do appreciate it though, I'm dying here just waiting for them to open because they're closed for the holidays haha. I recommend anyone that wants to try ceramics or look around at different clays to go here, I recommend it to everyone. I've spent so much money there already but its worth every cent.

Our Vicostone counter cracked in two corners within a year. When I contacted them to discuss the 10 year warranty and have it replaced, they told me there were too many variables involved (even though no one even came out to inspect the cracks or the so called variables") and that they would not replace it."
