lame. also asked for help about issues with the Ministry of Health as I am also elderly. Ms. Begum made a lot of speeches about helping seniors yet did not even contact me (not even a condolence) when a relative of mine died from negligence in a nursing home. despite asking several times to speak with Begum I was denied. The girl vowed they would help and even gave a timeframe. weeks later they dropped all my papers off and did not do a thing. I did not even have a computer and they did not care. Smiles and a sweet voice does not show the true politician. It appears to also have been discriminatory towards me in more than one way.

Living in Scarborough South West for last 20 years and saw many Councillors, MPPs and MPs come and go. Just before election they come to us and promise they will give us the golden duck. But after they win with my vote they disappear for another 4 years and my golden duck vanished.But Doly is exceptional. After she won her first election and first Bangladeshi MPP in the history of Canada, she stay connected. She comes to her office every Friday and talk with the people who has any issues. She knows how to respect others. She knows how to talk at parliament. I feel like she is part of my family. For her I am voting. Never before I feel that urgency to vote.I know as a citizen it’s my right. But I don’t feel like to use my right. After I met with her I feel like if I don’t vote she might defeat by one vote. Doly keep up your good work. We will keep you with our every day prayers.

4 months in a row of screw ups they don't ever learn from. Add in lying to customers, gaslighting and generally abusive to customers. Add in a misogynistic manager that I had the displeasure, at a previous time, when I brought up legitimate issues, and here we are again, month 4, without the medical products needed, no communication and no fix. Add in this time the manager was supposed to call a few days ago, and they haven't even sent an email to say they got too busy or whatever.So it's just plain and simple, the PDC is a good ol colonizer regional government that allows people to fall through the cracks and leave them there forgotten.

All case workers even though they are busy, they all try their best to help out. I had many good case workers in the past, but I must highlight Nancy Son** she’s amazing and goes out of her way to help people out in needs. Amazing case worker

this office is a joke...on ALL of us... This capitol city is the biggest joke, they say it holds the legislative branch...more jokes on us....this province is a joke.... the entire country is a joke...a maple syrup republic...a brown stain... I call it Canuckistan...

October, 2020Basically very limited services available for general public, only drop off available outside of the office.Lots of construction around the muncipility building.

Friendly staff. Helpful in every respect. No charge for their time and effort. It is nice to have public service staff who are so knowledgeable.
