Small appliance repair service

Really great experience with Johnson's Appliance. I was having issues with my washing machine and Johnson's Appliance was able to come out quickly. It was an easy-fix at first, so Bob only charged a service fee and said if the issue kept happening, he'd come back and not charge a service-fee. Two weeks later, same issue popped up. Bob kept his word, didn't charge a service fee, ordered the parts and put them in to get the washing machine back to working order. It's been working great since. Very reasonably priced and fast communication.

Flavio comes through again! Several months ago, I asked Flavio if he would look at my parents washer and dryer. They are elderly, and live in a small condo. He made the visit and determined their unit needed to be replaced. To save my parents the inconvenience of shopping during the pandemic, Flavio found a new unit himself, installed it, and then stuck around to do a load of laundry with my mother to make sure she understood how to operate her new machines. All for the price of a service call! Today, Flavio made another visit to my parents to look at their microwave. Again, they needed a new one. Flavio, once again, found them one and will return to install it when it arrives. He could have charged my parents a lot more than he did. He certainly didn’t have to spend the time to find them new appliances, but he did. The man has a heart of gold, and runs his business the old fashioned way - with honesty and integrity. I am so grateful for the time Flavio took with my parents, and the fact that he spared them from appliance shopping. Not only is he the best at servicing appliances, he has the best prices, and is simply an honest, kind man.

They did an excellent dryer repair job when clothes were not drying as quick as they should. The price was reasonable for replacing a new electric heating element. Will keep their number handy.

The technician that arrived was great and really took the time to figure out what was wrong with our dishwasher. He was polite and did a great job, so we finally have our dishwasher working again. We are so happy with his professional service!

I called them today to ask if they have a side vent kit for LG DLE3600W electric dryer we have bought, and their answer was “this model doesn’t exist”.They tried to convince me that I’m stupid and read the wrong information from my dryer or the model is “so new” that they can’t find it on LG website.Very unprofessional, considering the fact that they were referred for us for the parts by the CAS store where we bought this dryer.Photo of “non existent dryer model” is attached.

Ben at King Tide came to my house two days after I called about my washing machine issue. He fixed it very quickly for an extremely reasonable price. My washing machine is as good as new. I recommend this business and will call them again, both for my personal appliance repair needs and for my rental properties as well!

Didn’t seem friendly upon answering, could hardly hear him for the wind in the background and all I could hear him say was “buy a new TV” sorry, did you not want the business? I was under the impression I was calling a repair store? I was looking for some expert advice where maybe theyd at least try to diagnose the issue or offer some type of help. Would not recommend. - at least pretend to care when someone calls for help, thatd be a great start lol

Awesome service! Steve was extremely personable, did a fantastic job, arrived when he said he would, and my customer experience was excellent! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for great plumbing and heating service!
