Guatemalan restaurant

My family and I went to Casa Mia not too long ago and already counting the days when I can go back and try something new.Casa Mia doesn't need to be fancy because the food and the service speaks for itself. Our host was gracious, funny, and hospitable. To be honest, I felt like family the moment we stepped into the restaurant to the moment we left.We had an assortment of food to try but my absolute favourite were the pupusas, tamales, and a seafood dish with peanut sauce that was to die for.I'll be returning on different days of the week to ensure that I try everything on their rotating menu. Keeps things fun and exciting. Definitely a must try if you're in the area.... but also definitely worth the drive from anywhere.

We stop by there on our way to Enumclaw.Friendly service, casual vibe and good food.We had tacos, steaks, horchata and chips.Beans with chips are very nice. Also homemade tortillas is fantastic.We would like to visit there again.

Casa Mia Cafe is a lovely, small family own restaurant. The owners are super friendly and the food is delicious. Daughter in law, Mira, was so friendly and you can ask her questions about the food. For guatemalan food, they have weekly menu posted. For Indonesian food, different menu everyday and you can call then to find out the Indonesian menu for the day and tomorrow. We had pupusas, Bandeng Balado (spicy fish) and chicken curry lodeh. For drinks, we ordered guatemalan homemade drinks, tamarindo and hibiscus. For dessert, we had guatemalan super soft sweet bun (don’t remember the name). All are so yummy!! Definitely coming back and recommend to everyone. Beside the restaurant, they sell fresh corn tortillas and some guatemalan and Indonesian snacks and chilis.

Delicious homemade sides, potatoe salad, coke slaw, beans. Chicken looks good but I'm vegetarian. Clean, fast and friendly service. Family owned and operated. A great place to eat lunch with a nice view of Junction.

If you ever in the mood to try Guatemalan and Indonesian food, well look no further. The owners are super friendly and hard working people to provide the best experience.

THE FOOD IS AMAZING! BUT i give 2 stars they should hire workers. When everytime i pick up the food. There is a small child walking around to me that isn't safe at all! Someone can easily kidnapped her. The problem i have there times they don't wear their mask on.. Also the lady is always on the phone talking am guessing why she got my order wrong.... Like i understand they are running a business but they should hire others workers so they won't be behind on the orders if it get busy.

Love this restaurant!! Delicious Guatemalan food, helpful sweet servers and cooks. We drove over an hour to come visit, and we were glad we did. We had breakfast and we enjoyed it so much we came back for dinner. We'll definitely go back in the future.Highlights were the churrasco Chapin (similar to Mexican carne asada), tamales, garnachas, and shucos, a Guatemala street truck food.If you're not familiar with Guatemalan food, it's not American Mexican or even traditional Mexican food. Even our tortillas are different. If you're gluten or dairy intolerant, check with your server but most Guatemalan food is wheat and dairy free. You won't find cheddar cheese here except on the kids menu, most things aren't spicy unless you add spice with jalapenos.We ordered family style so almost everything from the breakfast menu and many things from the dinner menu. Not everything was the way it was made traditionally where my dad is from, but it was all delicious, and even he enjoyed it. The only really surprising thing were the huevos rancheros that weren't cooked in tomatoes, but only had a little tomato salsa on top. Amazing food and service. A must try. Their guacamole is the best I ever had.
