Horrible. Large bruise on my arm after blood extraction! Never happened before in my life. This Lab forces patients to book appointment on-line, what if patients don't have internet and computer at home? Those without appointment have to sit and wait for hours after all the booked" appointments have completed. The laboratory should have a computer for patients to book an appointment there."

I agree with other posters. Although they do a decent job once they're here, I have a problem with them showing up whenever they want. Sometimes they call the night before. Other times they'll just come, at like 9am when they're scheduled for 12pm. It makes it hard when we schedule multiple appointments throughout the day.

Booked for 12:50 on a Friday. Arrived early with my partner (12:40) at 12:30pm. There were maybe 5/6 people ahead of usThere's a TV to display who has checked in and goes in nextWas called in at my time 12:50 to an empty booth. Waited 5 mins for the nurse. Asked standard questions, grabbed my blood and then went on my way. Was able to pleasantly leave at 1pmStaff are doing their best. Everything seemed clean, every interaction was niceThe appointment booking essentially slots you into a time. Else walk-in seemed like a good option too

Do not cord bank with this company! They will debit unauthorized payments from your acct years and years later without your knowledge and no communication. Stay aware. Beware. scammers.

Horrible place with lazy staff.

I had really good experience with this place.I always register online so that I don't need to wait long.Safina did my blood work very smoothly.I strongly recommend this place

I have been to the other two major brand labs in London. One of them shows free online results but it's really hard to get appointment if you are trying 1-2 days before to book an appointment at your desired time. The other major lab has walk-in but has a fee to access online results.Alpha labs is walk-in and gives free access to online results. It's new, clean and staff is friendly. Great experience! Highly recommended.

La grande majorité des services offerts par ELNA ne sont pas couverts par la RAMQ, malgré certaines infos sur CLic Santé. En effet,j 'ai pris un rdv pour un prélèvement sur le site Clic Santé (qui n'est pas géré par ELNA), et tout semblait indiquer un rendez-vous couvert par la RAMQ. Malheureusement, les informations entrées par ELNA sur le site Clic Santé sont erronées (ou fausses). Les employés sur place étaient aimables et voulaient bien aider, mais comme il s'agit d'une grosse compagnie de soins de santé privés, avec la centrale à Montréal, ils ne pouvaient rien faire. Cette mésaventure m'a forcée à aller au nouveau centre de prélèvement du CISSSO, au 85 boul de la Gappe. ALors là, chapeau au CISSSO! Ça roule vite et bien, en 30 minutes, tout était complété. Nul besoin d'aller au privé pour des services couverts par le public!
