Lamp's Appliance Repair
My A/C stopped working at home so I called to make an appointment. After being lectured about how people don't do their AC maintenance said he was busy and I would be 12th on the list. I left my name and number. It's been 2 weeks now and no one ever bothered to even call me back! Very unprofessional, I do NOT recommend!!

I called them late on New Year’s Eve because I had a leak in my rental unit and although they were completely swamped with calls, a plumber showed up at 10:30 PM and repaired the leak. Everyone I spoke to on the phone that day and in subsequent days provided excellent service. Highly recommended.

Bend Over ... Billed three hours for less than an hour of work at $95 an hour. When I asked, it was because they had to drive to Edmonton for the part. Sorry... I paid for a joy ride to Edmonton for a part??? Why did it still take two weeks to complete the job?? Wow...Try and get a quote out of them... not likely. By the way they did the same job six months prior and said no warranty. Not much I can do at this point, but warn future customers. I won't be using these guys again EVER!!!

Very disappointed in this company.They did a heating repair in the condo we rent while we were at work and I came home to find my furniture pushed and moved all over the place, garbage left on the dresser, and they damaged a painting when they shoved our bedframe into it.I then emailed to let them know what had been done and they claimed twice that they did not receive the email (which is not possible seeing as they confirmed on the phone it was received when I sent it the second time). After calling and emailing for about a month I have received no response, apology, or minimal attempt to correct the situation.
