Mammography service

Dead bugs and spider webs every corner, lots of them. ALSO, MOUSE TRAP ON A SIDE TABLE IN THE WAITING AREA. AS I'M WRTING THIS 2 PATIENTS ARE SITTING WITHIN 1 FEET OF A MOUSE TRAP BOX.

I had a really bad experience here: extremely low patient care / bedside manner / customer service. Outside of the bare essentials no one really spoke to me or told me what was going on / what to expect. I recommend going elsewhere if your appointment is at all sentimental, or if you prefer to be treated with some forthcoming kindness or consideration.

They rescheduled my appointment twice, and then refused to give me my time slot because I was 5 minutes late - the lack of respect for patient’s time is appalling.

I came for an ultrasound appointment, I was happy with the experience. The technician was friendly and courteous. I have been to this place a few times over the years and have always been treated well. The appointment times have been met for the most part. The place is clean and tidy. There is lots of seating in the waiting room. Parking can be an issue at times as there does not seem to be enough spots for all the additional businesses in Hermitage Square but that’s minor. This is the closest imaging place from where I live so I’m sure at some point in time I will be back and I have no problem with that as my experience has always been good.

They are normally on time which is nice that your appointment goes accordingly to the booking. Very friendly !! No too impressed with quality of my ultrasound photos I recently have gotten for my 12 weeks scan.

Can I suggest that you change the tv with the rap music and photos of young people partying and dancing. Not relaxing at all. Are their patients teenagers looking for a good time? How about a one of those channels with soft music and nature scenes? This would make it seem more professional and comfortable and fitting for such a good place.

Ladies (and men) - do not leave your purse near the door of the room in which you have your breast examination. The technician will suggest you leave it on a table beside the door but instead of doing this, take it with you and place it where you can see it.

My above review is about the information on the website. According to the website, the Market Mall location is open on Sunday 8-4, and during the week until 8pm. When I phoned to make an appointment, I was told that no location in Calgary is open on the weekends and that the latest we could get an appointment is 3pm. To top everything off, today is March 29, the soonest I could get an appointment (at a location about a 30 minute drive away) was May 3. What about people that work during the day, are they not allowed to make appointments and not have to take time off work? I am going to try calling back tomorrow to see if I get a different result. I am not happy.

I had never been to VPM but my doctor told me to go there for a mammogram. I was anxious and scared and NOT looking forward to the whole procedure! ( Well, who does? It's painful and uncomfortable and nobody likes to do it!!).I was not impressed wit the way I was treated there! The woman who did the actual mammogram was NOT friendly at all and honestly I just felt like crying and running the hell out of there.I can only advise anyone NOT to go there for a mammogram.... I certainly will never go there again!!Very bad experience!!!

Mauvais service de la part de la réceptionniste. Elle me dit de revenir dans 40 minutes (à 12h30) sans prendre un numéro à 11h50 et quand je reviens, il n'y a personne à la réception et 10 personnes avec un numéro. À 12h35, il n'y a toujours personne à la réception.
