The owner is very friendly. The prices of all the products are good with variety of collection. Go for shopping here without fail.

The manager of the store, Tracy, was above and beyond helpful. I had an issue with an online order and she devoted a tonne of time and effort to resolving it for me. I cannot recommend the customer service hers enough. Bonus, the suitcase I bought was also excellent.

Don’t have option to negatively rate the store staff or would have done so. EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF. On the counter purchasing an item… she said it’s on final sale. Okay, i was like let me check basic condition before i pay. Even had my card in my hands for payment… would have taken me 30s to check the item (maximum a minute). It was five minutes after store closing time. She was so blunt and rude about it like are you paying or not (like this second). I said i want to purchase it but give me a minute to make sure it’s okay. Seriously guys, you don’t have to be rude to convey a message. It wasn’t like i was going to take more than your minute! I was shocked by her behaviour and literally walked out of the store.To whoever is responsible for the store - It was labour day and closing shift. Please teach your staff basic communication and courtesy… it will go long way.

Seems all the products that didn't make it in bigger locations get dumped in Huntsville........Pity

Love this winners:) always clean and well laid out and not crammed. Great deals and terrific quality clothing.. and the purses? Don't even get me started haha! Michael Kors, Guess, Coach, Roots, Fossil..I've found them all here for killer prices! It's the place to go for quality luggage and hair products too. Basically stop here first to see if they have what you're looking for:)

Impressed with their selection! Love the affordable decor and brand name clothing. The store was very, very clean and organized more so than other Marshall’s I’ve been to!They even have a pet section!The staff that we spoke with were very polite. Also appreciated that they wrapped some breakable decor items without being prompted or asked!

Wonderful service from Fady, who knows his product line, is efficient and is extraordinarily helpful. He is even helping me get my decades old Tumi carry-on bag repaired! This will absolutely be the Tumi store to which I go in the future (even though I am not from Toronto).

Maria is so patient and willing to go the extra mile to find exactly what you want! Amazing prices and service, will definitely recommend:)

Completely useless CAA won't pick up a car if it's at a storage unit or if I buy a car private sale and not on the road yet what's the point of paying for a membership if they don't help and do their job
