Before we choose any product we want to make sure that we have plenty of options from which to choose and that is one of the reasons why I highly recommend that you should go to Masterpiece on Bentley Avenue. They have the very BEST selection of countertops that I could find anywhere in Ottawa and you can actually choose the exact slab(s) that you want in your home. The service is outstanding and the staff are very knowledgeable. We told one of the staff what we were looking for and, without hesitation, he suggested two different granite slabs (out of hundreds in the warehouse) and, within minutes, we had made our choice. We wish we had known of Masterpiece earlier in our search for a beautiful countertop. It would have saved us a lot of time!

Blackstone is one of the best supplier here locally in Ottawa, we have been dealing with them for many years, very good product, wide range of stones, reputable company and honors their warranty.

Our Vicostone counter cracked in two corners within a year. When I contacted them to discuss the 10 year warranty and have it replaced, they told me there were too many variables involved (even though no one even came out to inspect the cracks or the so called variables") and that they would not replace it."
